Don't bother placing an order. They will bring you whatever they want. And it will be cold and greasy. Don't bother trying to call. 15 min no answer then system sends to message system. Still waiting on call back. Oh and if you leave a cash tip waitress will chase you out of store demanding to know where tip is because she's not smart enough to look.
Not a good experience for me here at this location, unfortunately. For starters, the coffee was weak and my food came out less that hot. My coworkers meal wasn't even what he ordered, also, he wanted pancakes but the cooks never made them and so he waited even longer just to get a short stack.. the waitress took forever to actually come get our payments which made us late getting back to work. Also, the front door has a broken hydrolic closer and so the door slammed shut every time someone opened it. ? not a good experience..

The floors were very dirty and unfortunately they were extremely short staffed. Food was cold, several items on the menu were not available. Maybe, next time will be a better experience.
There was only one server at the time, so I'll cut some slack here. But the food came out cold. And I ordered French toast and the guy just dropped it off with no syrup and I want to catch up so I had to go to another table and find it myself. He didn't refill my mom's coffee he just dropped off the check. And it was actually pretty expensive. But if you like IHOP you like IHOP. This is just my experience
I've eaten at this IHOP several times, and every time the staff has been incredibly friendly and accommodating. All of the wait staff has been so kind every visit. Thanks for being awesome!
Our experience at HIP HOP (my youngest calls it) was spectacular. Food tasted amazing and the service done by (MERISSA) was great.The waitress also played a joke on my daughter and it made the experience that much better. Awesome blossom!
Fast, friendly, service at an affordable price. Seating was immediate. Waitress was very polite, thoughtful, attentive, and quick to get our order out to us. Our drinks were also refilled without the hassle of having to request. Restaraunt was also very clean including the restrooms. I would definitely recommend future dining at this location.
How do you serve cold pancakes ???? I just want my money back. I really can’t say how bad, not only food, service,level of cleanliness. I know it’s ihop I’m not expecting much. Maybe an employee could take a shower maybe the correct order. I don’t know how a restaraunt should work but I do know cold pancakes coming from a place named the international house of pancakes isn’t very fitting.
It started out well. I asked the lady who took the order for drinks if I could sample the vanilla bean icing, since I didn’t know if I’d like that over the cheesecake icing. She gladly said of course. I also asked her if I could get some of the blue packet sweetener she said yes but never brought it. Another waitress came to ask about food order, we told her we were not ready but asked her if I could get the blue sweetener. She looked annoyed and walked away without saying anything. Then did come back with it. We finally ordered after feeling rushed (which by the way we are driving cross country so we wanted to sit and eat in peace not feel rushed, since we also do have our 6 yr old traveling with us). When the food arrived we asked for ketchup, hot sauce and syrup and her face could not hide how disgusted she felt at that request. She brought stuff over and with it our check. We had not even began eating at that point cause we were waiting for condiments. My son was half way his cheeseburger when she said “can I close your tab now cause I have to go pick up my kids” she stood at the table and waited for us to decide which payment method we would use. My husband and I like to discuss which card we will use. However, we felt uncomfortable talking about our finances with her standing over us waiting for a payment method. I had cash so I gave her cash so she could leave. Awful! Awful all around service. In the entire cross country trip I have not been to a restaurant where they’ve done this.
