I’ve been coming here for a couple years now and always love it! Great service, good prices, and it has a pleasant, historical feel to it. It also feels nice to support a locally owned small business. The fires house gift shop next door is an awesome addition and has a good selection of flowers. I hope they are here for a long time to come!
It’s stunning that a place like this still exists today, local kids hangout for ice cream, and treats; a price to value that makes you think everyone else is ripping you off.Ambiance is nice, watching people treat people kindly and being patient was the BEST!Ordered fish and chips, crispy crispy batter, flaky fish which was awesome with the lemon and tarter provided; tater tots are crispy and flavorful no salt! The mushroom bacon burger, excellent flavor, juicy, fresh mushrooms, definitely not canned yum yum!We just be driving through but we’d be back ANY time we drive through the state.
Good food. Big menu for a small place.Great fast food with good atmosphere and friendly staff. Definitely a local dive to visit instead of a chain restaurant.
Great place for Fish & Chips! The fish has an extremely crispy batter. They give you a cup of tartar, cup of lemon juice, cup of malt vinegar.The owner also owns a flower shop next door & keeps free flowers by the register & the pickup counter.I highly recommend them for their food and the great service, the staff and owner are so great you'll want to stand around and talk to them as your food is being made!
One of the greatest places I've been to. The service was excellent. They even gave my girlfriend free flowers! The food is to die for! Excellent atmosphere.
Took our family here to try a new burger joint, fun little place and the owner came out and chatted with us, great guy. Food was good, didn't take too long, prices solid, had a great time. Will definately be back!

The food was really good. But it’s the people that work there who truly make it amazing and memorable. I came in today for the first time and they were giving away free Roses. I told her I couldn’t take one cause I was on lunch break and wouldn’t haven’t anywhere to put it. She said come back after work and I’ll have a bouquet for you. I went back after work and they gave me the most beautiful bouquet.!!! They are super sweet people and we will be back. For them and the food. The bouquet was just a beautiful bonus and gesture. Thank you guys sooo much!!!

We were in the area for a doctor appointment and wanted something different for lunch. Glad we find this gem. Wonderful burger, the wife enjoyed the fish. They were giving away free roses too. Fun place to eat. I'd definitely go back. Only complaint is that that server coke.
