Somehow they managed to forget to prepare half the food ordered. By the time we asked what was taking so long there was not enough time to get the food ready. Left without getting a full meal. Very disappointing. Won't return.
Huge sushi roll menu. Quiet and Quaint, I really enjoyed it but I'm no sushi Connoisseur. park in the parking structure east of the diner. It's simple and your not fighting for space. The pic is a spicy roll that was divine!
I cannot say enough how much I love this place! The staff is so so friendly, and create a warm environment. The sushi is hands down the most flavorful and delicious sushi I have ever had. The menu is impressively big. I eat here every time I come to town and every time I find something else to love.
I won't go back. Hi Sushi used to be a favorite, but it's been a while since I visited. There was no seating at the sushi bar, so there was no chance to talk to the chef and look at the selection, and watch preparations, a negative. I sat in a booth and was served by a waitress. I ordered an edamame appetizer, then later ordered nigiri. The nigiri came first. I had to remind the waitress of the edamame, which arrived later. The nigiri came with wasabi and ginger, but no bowl to mix wasabi and soy sauce. I had to ask the waitress for one. I ordered my favorites, like sake (salmon), toro (fatty tuna), and tuna. They were delicious. Then I ordered mackerel, and it arrived cooked. Cooked! I was astonished. That's when I left. Side note, it seemed the waitresses were overworked. The experience had none of the ambience of a sushi bar, and had too many negatives. I'm sorry, Hi Sushi, I'll dine elsewhere.
I feel very disappointed for every time they are out of ramen. No matter at noon or afternoon or evening, I never had chance to have ramen. I think I won't come back.
i have read other reviews and didn't see any of the problems that were mentioned.the staff was very active and doing the best they can I'm shure.the food was good and i consider it better than most strip mall sushi I've had.good sushi at a reasonable price how much more do you want

We were in the area and saw Hi Sushi in a strip mall. We enjoyed 3 sushi rolls and veggie tempera. Everything was fresh and delicious. Three service was excellent.
