Chinese Bubble Tea Noodles

Unfortunately, I will not be returning. Both my partner and I did not like our food. We ordered the chicken curry bowl, braised pork bowl and soup dumplings. The soup dumplings were okay but they were a bit chewy and dry. The curry bowl was lacking flavor and had too much salt. Also, the chicken was not really present. The braised pork bowl had very little pork meat and lacked flavor. The Thai tea was very concentrated. There was little seating and it was a bit unclean.

Highly authentic Chinese food!! I am beyond satisfied with the food and service! I was recommended about this place and I am so glad I gave it a try. If you are reading this, it is a sign to bring your friends and go surprise your taste buds!

We got take out. The schezuan beef noodles were delicious! Beef was so tender and had tons of flavor. The broth was perfect amount of spicy, sour, and salty. The 4 year old ate almost a full order of soup dumplings themselves and the tonkatsu broth was not too heavy. Wontons had faintest vinegar taste that was appreciated.

Now that’s what I call dinner. We had a great time and a great meal. Dandan noodles, delicious. Dim sum, yes please. Perfect potstickers. Glad to have tried this place, will definitely be back to try everything else.

Pretty good food at a decent price. The interior is kinda weird and this is definitely catered towards online and takeout orders. Unfortunately Salt Lake is at such a deficit for Chinese food of any type that it’s hard to compare, but this is the best I’ve found so far.

The potstickers were so delicious and we loved the egg rolls. They also had freshly baked dim sum which were amazing. They have the yummy sesame buns filled with red bean paste.

Foodie and Sweetie is such a neighborhood gem. Lovely owners, delicious food, and a great way to enjoy personal-sized portions of dim sum. One of my favorite weekend activities is to take a walk around the Capitol and then mosey over for soup dumplings and shumai. Happy tummies guaranteed.

Insanely good! This is a hidden gem people. The szechuan noodles w/ beef was incredible, as are their unique recipe dumplings. They have a variety of great boba milk teas and smoothies. Even their sesame balls were so good and made on the spot, unlike some other places. This is sort of a cute little shop vibe right in the avenues and I will say that they add a ton to the neighborhood. I'm noticing that more people are starting to take note. Definitely try this.

Beef Szechuan Noodle Soup (Spicy) $13.00 was delicious. I just wished it was larger for that price. The flavor profile was wonderful and the beef tasted delicious. After I ate the noodles, Beef, and vegetables I noticed the thick (1/8") layer of oil, which is sad, because it prevented me from sipping more of the broth/soup. I'll pay for all that oil later.

Foodie and Sweetie DMarket is located in the Avenues in Salt Lake. It's a quaint little shop with only street parking (I believe). When I came in there were barely any tables available and 2 tables available outside of the shop. My group sat at one of the inside tables and it was very dirty. We cleaned it off ourselves.I came with my aunt and my brother. We ordered 3 drinks and 2-3 dishes. I believe we ordered buns (baos), soup dumplings, and popcorn chicken? The food was delicious! I think this was the best part of the place. The drinks were okay.I'm not sure if our experience was an outlier to the usual experience; maybe we came when the shop had first opened and they were not able to be situated yet. However, the place was very dirty. The tables were dirty. The floors were dirty. Even the display, with the stuffed animal and figures, was dirty. There also was not much seating and the downstairs was closed off by some random chairs or boxes. I hope to come back and see that my experience was just an outlier.
