Amazing food & atmosphere! Went to Flanker after the Summer League game and sat at the bar. Heard about the hot chicken sandwich which lived up to itâs hype, and the taverna tots were amazing also. Tried one of there signature drinks âThe Friendlyâ which did not disappoint. Recommend this place for ANYTHING Sports. Cannot wait to go next month for UFC and try the wings.
Came here for date night. Nat was our server. She was really knowledgeable and made some great menu suggestions. Our favorites were the spicy margarita, lobster fritters, maple buffalo wings you grill on your table, and the steak frites. Don't forget to save room for their churros with chocolate custard dipping sauce. Great food and service, chill and upbeat atmosphere. Will definitely return soon!
Disappointed, to say the least! We spent my husbandâs birthday at Flanker with 10 of our closest friends. It started out nice with private golf sim and karaoke which was a blast! Then we followed that with a dinner reservation for our group. When we initially went to our reserved table the hostess found that people were already seated at our table. Instead of asking them to move, she directed us to the shuffleboard table (after checking her system that it was not reserved) which perfectly sat the 12 of us, so it worked out. After sitting there for 30 minutes, as we started to order our meals after drinks, the hostess and manager asked me to move my party to yet another table because our table was supposedly reserved by someone else, even though the hostess assured us it wasnât when we were seated there. Mind you, we had a reservation this whole time for our party! We tried to finish ordering our food but were then rushed by the manager in a very rude and disregarding way to a table 10 feet away in the corner. Because of the shift of tables there was massive confusion with our order and our meals came out in 2âs about 10 minutes apart. So essentially one couple ate at a time. Some appetizers came after we finished our meals And two of our friends didnât receive their meals until dessert arrived. It was very disappointing because it put a negative tone on what was supposed to be such a fun night celebrating my husbandâs birthday. I wish I couldâve given a better review because the waitresses in the game area were awesome, but the manager that night was so unpleasant and had no consideration for shuffling us around to accommodate others. Canât say Iâd recommend this place. Not sure weâll be back.
Just finished a great meal at Flanker. Came with a friend to celebrate a milestone. Had a killer steak (see pic) and bottle of wine. Steak was cooked perfect and came with crazy good mashed potatoes. Afterwards we went into the parlor in the back and the bartender made us some amazing old fashioneds. Can't believe it took me this long to come here, will be back, esp if there's a game or fight to watch.
Great spot for food and drinks. Great kareoke experience too! And service was awesome! There's a little bar in the back by the bathrooms with the neon sign: Parlor. They have an amazing tequila selection.
What an exciting and fun space. The interior is full of textures from metal modern touches with warm and welcoming undertones. The entrance is a bit overwhelming because you don't know what to look at first with so much going on.From simulated golf, private event space, karaoke rooms, and so much more. I truly look forward to more times spent here making memories with my friends and family. The cocktail list was large and in charge. Some on the basic side, but most bordering a speciality cocktail bar with all the pairings. The food menu is good sized as well. There shouldn't be a problem finding something for everyone.Service was fun and attentive without being over bearing. Knowledgeable and outgoing. Thanks Flanker for a fun evening!
The service was non existent. I had to ask for my server twice. She never checked on us and it took forever to order food and drinks. Even after the appetizers, we sat with empty dishes and glasses. When we finally ordered dinner, she told us the kitchen was backed up and we never received dinner. We ordered drinks and after twenty minutes, I went to the bar and ordered and paid for my own. She finally did deliver part of the drink order long after I brought drinks to the table. When I asked for the manager to consider comping this terrible experience, we were given less than a 10% discount. Do not go here unless you plan to sit at the bar where you will actually get service.
We had a 6:30 reservation. First, they tried to sit us at a high top that was under a TV, away from other tables (looked like a temporary location) when there were multiple bar tables and tables outside. We asked if we could take one of the open outside tables and were seated. We waited 10 minutes for a greeting from our server who was very nice and apologetic. We ordered drinks, apps and our meals in that first meeting. Then, 45 minutes after we arrived we received 1 beer, not my wife's drink and no water. Numerous tables around us got up and left. My wife went the the front desk and the gentleman there (not sure if manager or not) said "listen sweety we are trying" We left. This was not acceptable regardless if they were short staffed. There were 2 concerts that night, The Eagles and a concert at the Depot. If they could not staff the night, they should not have taken reservations or stopped seating. From an overview of the restaurant, there was a lot of nothing going on from a service standpoint. We will not be back, and I assume neither will more than a dozen others who left after waiting even longer to be served.
It was the most horrible experience we have ever had at a restaurant. It took over 30 min after we were seated to get our Drink Order then it took another 30 min to receive half of our drinks we ordered (they were out of Coors Light and Hard Cider) we should of been told that at the time the order was placed! The white wine was warm and the glass was dirty. We then finally after 15 more minutes ordered our food then 20 minutes later the waitress came and told us she had bad news the kitchen was not making anymore food for the night it was only 7:14 P.M. we told her we were leaving and would never return back and we will tell everybody we know (we know alot of people) what a horrible experience it was!
I Sat for over an hour and couldn’t even get water, let alone food or a drink. The manager said they were not prepared for the crowd Eagles Concert) and yet they continued to sit guests. I had to leave to be on time for the show.
