I got the medium New York on White with no extras as it was my first visit. I wanted to start with a baseline. That size the price was comp to a Subway footlong yet 1/3 smaller I ordered online in the parking lot as it was high noon and the lobby was full. The app gave me a time frame of 15-20 min. I went in and picked it up at 25 min. There is no notification of it being done and I was in no hurry. I suggest either dining in or going in early and waiting as I only live 4 min away and when I got home the bottom bun was starting to sog. Do not door dash this sandwich, lol. Maybe it was ready right away and I didn't get to it for a half hour. Anyway, it tasted very good. Next time I'm gonna go for the large and extra meat and cheese and pay the near $20, as it wasn't filling enough for a guy like me.
Great variety of subs..who doesn't like that! Cheddar brisket sandwich is a recommend or if spicy is required try the Cajun chicken..
I've never had a bad sandwich at any firehouse ever... Until my last visit. The bread was cheaper, dry, hard, generally not good. There was less meat too. I've never really had an issue with the sandwich being soggy, even the next day, but this time it was soggy after a few hours, I think because of the bread.
I waited in the store for a hot steak and cheese sandwich, it was cold!never again... two stars because last time it was delicious. Bummer, I thought I found a new place to eat nearby.
came in 20 minutes before close, worker refused to serve us because they threw everything away already. He claimed that because there was no manager on duty they HAD to close early. Also took several minutes for somebody to even notice us and let us know.
Awesome sandwiches! I personally love the simplicity of the menu choices and the speedy service. I would've given it 5 stars but they seem to close earlier than the specified time occasionally, so be careful ordering a sandwich within 30 minutes to close.
Love this place so much, the sandwiches are so delicious, my favorite is the turkey, bacon, and Ranch one!?????❤
Amazing store! Every time I visit this location the The Staff is so friendly and willing to help decide on what to order! Sandwiches are always correct and everything is always clean even when it is super busy! I can't say enough good things about this Firehouse location! Hands down 10 out of 10!!
Just moved here and first experience with FHS - They ruined the sandwich...but fixed it with a smile and sincere apology. What a meal! So fresh and flavorful! I'm a convert. Jasmine and Jenene were so good at their job! To the owners - they need a tip jar!
Don’t know why this location has any reviews that are less than 5 stars.Sandwiches are always exactly as you order it, and are always fresh.They could easily charge more for their food because of the quality but they don’t and they keep it at a really good value. The rewards that you go through the app make it an absolute no brainier.Firehouse subs is my go to sandwich place.
