We went for Father's Day. Food was great we ordered French Onion Soup ? and my husband had pizza and I have wings. Service was greatLoved the garlic burger, super tasty and the meet melts in your mouth. Great place to go with friends.

Major bummer to be giving this review. Grew up in sugarhouse and have been eating here with my family and friends since I was 21.Always speak highly of fiddlers to friends. Tonight our party of 6 got seated in the middle of the restaurant and had no drinks or anyone acknowledge our presence for 20-30 minutes.Eventually had to leave as everyone was getting grumpy.Last time I was in, it was well over an hour for food.A shame as the food is incredible and we love the ambiance! Hopefully what I assume are staffing issues get resolved soon!

Ordered the fish and chips. Was delicious, filling, and a perfect portion size. The cocktails were also delicious, especially my amaretto sour. Tartar sauce is always a hit or miss for me, and this one was a miss (too vinegary or something, just very strong in a bad way for me). But I didn't even need the tartar sauce. Fish was good anyway! The atmosphere is relaxed and kind of cozy. They actually had multiple screens showing baseball games (which I feel like never happens!)Was there with a huge party and amidst the chaos, the server was AMAZING. I know I would have imploded if I had to deal with 14 individual checks. Kudos to her, seriously. Also had a bite of my friend's veggie pizza and it was TERRIFIC.

Had a great time with friends. Three stars because no one was at the door. There was a sign that said please wait to be seated, I saw the table with friends and proceeded to walk towards it. The door guy, who hadn't been at the door, acted like I was total criminal for walking towards my group. I'm near 50. He couldn't have just said "Just need you to come back to the front real quick to get your ID.". Instead, as I was politely explaining that I had just saw my friends and walked towards them, he repeatedly just keep ignoring me and saying "no, back to the front.". It was not busy. A little courtesy goes a long way. After the id was checked went right back to the table. But, being treated like a kid who broke the rules was ridiculous. Just a negative start to a good night. I don't have problems following the rules, I thought the please wait to be seated was just to make sure I would be seated where a server was working, but when a rule is broken, at least try to be polite. This is a customer service business. There are many bars to choose from...

Saturday 4/2/22 was the Weirdest Experience At A Bar Ever!!!I have never been to a bar or restaurant that seemed as intent as Fiddlers on not wanting business. We had a group of 10 and were quietly watching the NCAA final four games on their couches and drinking beer. Most of us were planning to order food. A few more folks trickled in that were part of our group and it was clear that there would no longer be enough room on the couches. So the staff asked if we could all go to the back patio. We were not allowed to split into smaller groups because it would be too confusing for the servers. Mind you, about 30-40% of the restaurant was wide open. We closed out our tabs to make it easier on the staff and then a few of us proceeded to do as we were told and went to the back patio. We were then approached by the very anxious man they had checking ID’s at the front and he told us that his manager asked that we leave. Leave? What is the crime sir?? He explained that the crime was that more people showed up than we originally said were coming. What??? Since when is that a problem for a business??? Come to find out, the manager that day was just the assistant manager. The real manager must have had the C and D team running the joint. Unfortunately for us, the Fiddlers C and D team is unprofessional, rude, and totally incompetent. Needless to say, I and everyone I was with that day will never be back. What an awkward and uncomfortable evening for everyone.

Place seems clean but service is really slow, wasn't very busy maybe 45 to 50 people inside the restaurant asked if I wanted a drink within 5 minutes of arriving but then its 15 minutes or more before they get you your drink, if you want to eat something you have to flag them down because they won't ask if you want anything or stop at the table to make sure everything is okay. After an hour I finally got someone's attention to order food the wait for that was around 30 minutes, the food is alright. I asked for a long beach but the waitress didn't know what I was talking about but asked the bar and they did have it but the drinks dont have enough flavor and there's more alcohol and so it comes out really strong with hardly any flavor. It was over 10 minutes to get my card back after paying. I won't be going there again

We found this bar very comfortable, not too loud with a nice crowd. Excellent beer selection with good prices. We only had the pizza which was good, the other menu items that we saw at the other tables looked good. This was the best and most comfortable place for beer that we found in the neighborhood.

Stopped in for a quick bite on a snowy evening - really loved the cozy environment. It was pretty empty when we were there and service was good. Got the Mediterranean pizza, which was delicious, but seemed quite expensive (over $13) for the size (about 12"). That's the only reason I'm not able to give it stars - just not great value. I'd go again if I have the chance, but you are paying extra for the atmosphere I guess. I imagine it's very enjoyable on game nights!

Fiddler's Elbow is by no means fancy, but the food was good (I had the carne asada tacos), service was good, there's a full bar, and for the most part I think everyone left happy. One person returned her sandwich because it was cold, but Fiddler's Elbow got the re-do correct. It's a good-sized space with some larger tables to accommodate bigger groups. Another interesting fact is that Fiddler's Elbow apparently partners with Salt Lake Pizza and Pasta, so that opens more food options. I think I'll definitely be back.

This bar is super fun and has a great neighborhood vibe! Their food is great with lots of options, and they have a ton of alcohol to choose from and find your fave. There’s a pool table and tons of TVs to watch your favorite sports. All the staff are friendly and attentive. I come here regularly and have always had a great experience.
