Food was good. Service was a little salty. Not sure why, but everyone has a bad day. No fountain drinks and only Pepsi products at the U. Nice clean one person bathrooms at the Union Center. Probably won't go back.
Underwhelmingly average.This location is a hit or miss. Usually my experience with this location is fair. Nothing amazing about the food. However bad days for this location are extremely bad days. I had few experiences where my bagels were super stale and sad or wait times were super long. If you're gonna buy here, make sure ur really craving bagels

They had a soft opening recently and I was excited since I love Einstein bros bagels so I bought half a dozen of choco chip but they gave me STALE bagels! It was so hard to eat so I threw it out. Hope they can replace it with another dozen cause I was really excited of it reopening
Ordered a farmhouse. They added lettuce and tomato without me asking, they also told me when I walked in that they had no "schmear" (the cream cheese spread) but I was.not aware that the spread they normally put on the farmhouse sandwich is cream cheese, so I ordered one thing and got something completely different.This location has very limited options and was closed for the longest time. I don't know why they bothered reopening when they can even get me what they do have available.I confronted them about the added tomatoes and lettuce and the lack of cream cheese and they only said "oh, well we've just been adding that, I can take it off for you if you want."
Wayyy slower than any other Einstein’s I have been to. The employees were nice but they seemed way understaffed and stressed out. Waited 25 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese?
This location is now permanently closed :// But it was good while it lasted!
I’ve periodically returned to this location over the last 4 years, hoping the service will improve and always end up disappointed. I don’t know why many reviews say the service is quick and friendly because it is quite the opposite. I waited 20 minutes for my bagel and watched 3 bagels get dropped as they were being handed to customers without apology.
Probably the least efficient food place on the Earth.
Worth it if you can warp time. Took 11 mins to get simple blueberry bagel with spread.
