Me and my family have ate here every for 7 years, our last visit is our last visit. It was terrible everyone there waited atleast 20 minutes for there food the staff was very rude I never have seen this place this low. They say they value there costumers but there workers obviously don't value there jobs or the store I sure will miss coming here.
I’ve seen all the reviews about new staff and management and I completely agree. This location used to be my go to since high school. This location had very poor quality issues with little to no ingredients or smear and a completely flattened/ squished bagel and called, The manger answered and cut me short of conversation and was pretty rude in tone. I never write reviews but today I felt completely disrespected. Hopefully regional managers sees this.
I ordered a group order for work and was never given a receipt. Since it went on a company card I needed it and when I asked them for one the amount of attitude I got was amazing. The bagels were fine, but even the manager was very very rude and short with me. All because I wanted a receipt... Won't be going back. Incredibly rude for absolutely 0 reason... so unnecessary.
Quality as usual. Bonus, they were about to close so they sent me with a box that they'd have thrown away!
My favorite Einstein's. I grew up with this one. It's the OG. Without this Einstein's, the world is not the same.
After two plus years of COVID they still with this signs and you can not eat here??????
I used to work here back in the day a long time ago and I loved this place. But haven't been back since covid to this location. Einsteins needs to open dine in again and also have all coffee on taps available to customers. It has really gone down hill and they were also playing music that was very offensive and not appropriate to children. And I know who lives in the community cause I grew up in that community. Just a suggestion. Seems like einsteins doesn't care anymore and doesn't want to grow business.
I’ve always had a pleasant experience with the employees of this store, but the management is extremely rude. I will be ordering online now to avoid the rude managers, even though when I order online they never toast my bagel.

This morning I decided to get a Bagel from my favorite bagel franchise. I really like Einstein bagels it is my cheat day spot. I am only writing this post because after attempting to call their location three times during business hours no one picked up.This time I ordered their jalapeno sausage and egg sandwich , coffee and a plain bagel with butter. The jalapeno sandwich was missing the sausage!!I always get the vanilla hazelnut coffee with hazelnut cream. However the coffee station was a mess, It was bad enough that after fixing my coffee I had to darn near take a shower in their bathroom ( which were very clean).The plain bagel with butter was good. Hopefully someone in management reads this.
