The food will turn out good, but that’s only if you get the right food. For some reason I continue to order breakfast from here, because like I said, it’s good. But every single time there’s something wrong or missing from the order, and usually it’s the bagel schmear that’s missing. Not sure how that of all things is what’s missing considering it’s a bagel place and bagels and schmear go hand in hand.
OMG the worst managed Einsteins in the world!I keep trying to give them another chance with no luck. 13 people in line I’ve been standing here for over 20 minutes. They said they have a $700 order so that is their priority not all the people in line!!! I should have gone to the University location or the one on 33rd.
Nice little location to take care of your bagel needs. Delicious place if you've never had it.
We went and got 5 breakfast sandwiches we waited 45 min at the 30 min mark I asked how much longer and they told me 10 min. 15 min later I ask again and they said that the computer didn't register our order even though they told me that they where making it 15 min before. We asked for a refund and the Manger looked annoyed as if we where the ones in the wrong for waiting 45 for sandwat he's they never made. I only bothered them once and the 2nd time I just asked for a refund. The manager made me feel bad as if was asking every 5 min for my order.
Can't beat whipped cream cheese and a variety of fresh bagels. These are top of the line.I'm not a fan of onions cooked into bread...except these.Binge away!
They literally make the best bagels on the earth, but the service is very slow. It took me 30 minutes just to get a bagel.
Always a good experience, we always order online and you can get free coffee with it.Today I tried Avocado Bagel it was yummmm.
Do you want to wait 30 minutes for six un-toasted bagels to be put in a bag and then get home and find that they only gave you five? If so, this location is the one for you!
Monday January 17th, super busy, out of coffee and ice but staff was friendly and receptive. Looked a bit understaffed but definitely doing the best they could!
Plenty of parking, good service, great food. In walking distance from schools and hospitals as well as coffee shops and downtown Salt Lake. Not very busy usually and a great place to go in the morning or for a pick-me-up throughout the day. Great for large group orders.
