We love the 2 egg Farmhouse. It's delicious, especially the unique peppercorn spread. The coffee's not bad.

Went through the drive through, was waiting for my order. When I was looking through the window I saw an employee wearing a camouflage hoodie this morning, they were bare handed, eating bacon and other foods out of the customer piles without gloves, not that it’s acceptable either way but I don’t want bare hands in my food. I don’t ever write reviews but today I was put off, disappointed and lost my appetite. They need more regulations and proper procedures.

I ordered a bagel sandwich in the drive through and asked them to cut it in half because they haven’t always done that for me.When I received the sandwich I checked before driving off to be sure that it was cut in half. It wasn’t and when I told the lady at the window, she literally said “sorry let me grab you a knife” and handed me a plastic butter knife out the window. I was stunned and just drove off with my bagel.

Terrible customer service, every person we talked to was not happy or nice. They messed up my order, gave me a really hard time when i wanted to fix it and this is what i got back.

The customer service was a joke. The only person who was friendly was the guy who helped take my order, and I regret not getting his name.When I went to pay, the woman at the register hardly said a word, when I was waiting for my receipt, she grabbed it, crumbled it up, and threw it away. Didn't say 'thank you' or 'you're good to go', instead she just yelled over to who I assume was the manager and asked if she could count out her register.I watched an interaction with another customer and the staff making the food, the customers order was wrong, so he asked them if they could correct it. Two people in the back argued with him, then took his bagel and said 'Well isn't this just great' and threw it in the trash. It was obvious the employee was upset, it seemed like he was throwing a tantrum while making the new bagel. When he was finished, they basically just threw it at the customer without another word.I've worked in customer service, I understand that if you are busy, you might not be able to give the quality of service that some would expect. The fact that it was me and one other customer (no one was in the drive thru) and this was our interaction is just sad. Obviously they don't care if people keep coming back. I'm not saying that every staff member here is rude, but there was one out of the 5 I saw while I was there who was kind. Something needs to change. I will not be wasting my time here again.

Waited 15 minutes for 2 sandwiches for an online order. So the order was already placed 20 minutes prior to us arriving. We opened our bagel sandwiches to them being burnt black. Called the store and we can either come back, or we can be on the discount list. Overall disappointed in our service. I understand toasted but cmon now.

Ok not usually the kind of person to leave a review but my breakfast this morning was a bit off I asked for 1 asiagio bagel with plain cream cheese. And 1 plain bagel with honey nut cream cheese. Both toasted. I was then given the flattest asiagio bagel I've ever seen untoasted with the right creme cheese. And then my plain bagel also had plain creme cheese instead of the honey nut but was toasted.. wasn't the end of the world but tbh if I'm paying 10+ dollars for 2 bagels and a small orange juice + a mandatory tip (we are tipping in drive throughs now? Someone explain this one to me) I want my food to be correct and not given some random paper flat bagel. No offence but whoever gave me that bagel are you serious.. never in a million years would I allow a product so off from the norm reach a customers finger tips.. anyway I'ma head to a different location from now on.

Not sure if the store trained employees well but the attitude to welcome customers early in the morning is not good. Every time I visited the store I would question myself: did I do something bad to make them so unhappy? 2 stars for the bagels.P.s. please put more cheese in the top of the Asiagos.UPDATE: I recently visited there few times during weekend.they actually improved a lot! Employees are more helpful, store seems more cleaner. Keep going!

I tried calling to take my complaint to a manager, but couldn't get through to anyone so I guess I just have to leave a review. I had the worst customer service experience. I had to repeat my order 4 times because the guy wasn't listening. During one of the times, one of his coworkers came up mid order to talk to him about stuff not related to work. I asked if they had decaf and the guy was like I don't know. I ended having to go somewhere else for coffee. When I got home my order was completely wrong, both things I ordered. Then I couldn't even get through to a manger when I called. Beans and Brews is right next to this place. The customer service there is so much better. They also have breakfast good Go there instead

It was packed and still plenty of bagel selection and friendly/fast service
