Customer service was great. Fast and friendly.

01/07/22 We came with gift cards, the lady at the front told us that their internet was down and they were only accepting cash. She said that if we would give them a good review, she would handle our order. And she did, two bagels for me and my partner as well as a delicious coffee. Thank you guys soo much for saving the day! Best experience I’ve had at Einstein's but they have never left me with a bitter taste in my mouth.

The best Einstein’s I’ve been to. They always, ALWAYS, have the bagels I want. Service is always outstanding. I’ve been to Einstein’s all over the country, this one is easily my favorite.

Curbside pickup. Ordered from my car so I know it didn’t have a chance to sit. “Hot” Sandwich was cold and soggy. Ordered a large coffee and got a small. No straws for the cold drinks or napkins.

Decent I guess if you need a bagel fix but this one (and every one I encounter in SLC basically) either burns the bagel, or uses the same knife for fruity and savory shmears and you get a gross hint of salmon or onion and chive in your strawberry shmear.. or the coffee is literally SO BAD I think I'm having covid symptoms bc I can't taste it ? the coffee SUCKS. Watered down. The one they had that was decent, the vanilla hazelnut, they discontinued of course.

Very poor training, and service. Just can't stop screwing up.

A good place to get bagles

do not order brisket breakfast sandwichjust fat with out any real meat

Where I go when I'm in the Einstein's mood. It's in what I would argue is one of the most pretty spots in the city too.

A restaurant with no seating. Zero seating inside even though most restaurants have deemed it safe at this point. One table outside with one umbrella. We didn't want to eat in 100 degree weather so we left. Caputo's next door had a lovely shaded patio with plenty of seating and plenty of customers. Einstein's was empty.
