To help all those missionaries out there looking for good fast food, here is my humble opinion having been a missionary here in Kearns.We have gone to this location twice. First, we ordered on a Monday. We didn't get anything for an hour, so we go in person. We learn they don't deliver on Mondays, and we had to wait another 15-20 minutes to get our order. When we got home, we see that the cuts are bad and the edges are burnt. Parmesan bites were hard and crunchy, and a pool of oil was at the bottom. Second time we go there, it takes about 45 minutes to get our order. Same thing, besides the only difference is that the parmesan bites were lighter and fluffier, but the cheese was still uneven and there was still a pool of oil at the bottom. The order was also wrong. We did appreciate the manager giving it to us for free, since one of the employees overcharged us about 3x as much as we ordered, among other customer service issues. If you have any idea what quality food and service are, please do not go here. God bless.

We ordered online and waited half and hour and the app stayed on prep. We called and they had canceled our order. From what the other reviewers have posted this seems to be a common occurrence. We definitely won’t be ordering from this location again.

I ordered a pizza online and waited an hour and a half. Pizza was never even put in the oven. I called the store to ask for the district manager's phone number, and got the run around. After putting it plain and simply that I wanted to complain about the store, I was swore at and hung up on. Never once did I raise my voice or resort to fowl language. Brittany and Dustin are the absolute worst at customer service. I would order anywhere else but here, and I really loved the cheesy bread....Oh well!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!! Second time we had to drive there after order and it takes hours before they call. Customer service is horrible!!!! Their phone doesn’t work so count on them not answering. You’ll here a message and be on hold for eternity. Literally. Will not answer. The first time we went in they said their phone is broken. They can only call out. Seriously the worst place on this earth.

Food was still hot when we got it tipped online food was great ordered ham n pineapple with another pepperoni n cheese Alfredo chicken pasta and stuffed cheese bread came within a hour on a Saturday. I expected good food and it was.

We usually order online and have it delivered and have never had any issues but the site seemed to be having issues so I ordered by phone and picked our order up. I was concerned and questioned that decision after reading reviews but our order was ready and waiting when I picked it up 15 minutes later. Everything was fresh and hot so would definitely order from here again. The only niggle was the bread stick order. We ordered the feta sticks and ours were plain but it happens. They do seem to be a bit disorganized when answering the phone but whatever they are doing seemed to work for us. I have had alot worse food and service from other locations in the past. We will return.

If I could rate 0 I would. I ordered last night and it took 3 hours to get to my house. 2 hours into waiting I tried to call to check on it, but was put on hold for an hour before I hung up. When the guy finally showed up he was rude. I mean I get that he was probably having a rough day, but he acted like it was my fault, and then tried to charge me an extra $5 for my pizza which is extremely dumb. Waiting 3 hours you should get the pizza for free. Of course I told him to just take the pizza back. I wouldn't order from dominos again for $1,000.

Ordered a delivery. The app said it was started almost immediately and would be 30-45 min. 45 minutes later I got an email that said my order was canceled. It wasn’t even 8 pm. Based on all the other reviews I am going to assume they had to ‘close early’ whatever that means.

Dissapointed yet again...... they didn't give us our full order and since they put it in the back seat I didn't fully check, I assumed they did their job. I got home and realized part of our order was missing. I called the store and after 5 minutes of being on hold got back in my truck to go back to the store. I left the phone call active the entire time until I got there. NO ONE EVER ANSWERED! Then I pull up and there's a worker standing in the back playing on his phone, still the phone is ringing and no one is answering! When I went in, they already KNEW they didn't give me all my food but no one seemed to care to let me know before going all the way home! So disappointing! Someone needs to monitor these kids and teach them the work phone is more important than their cell phones

I live about a 1-minute drive from this location so my experience may be different from most as I always order carryout, but I am consistently thoroughly impressed with the speed, quality, and customer service here. Every time I'm there, the employees always have big smiles on their faces, greet me immediately, and get me my order reasonably fast. Again, no idea what the delivery experience is like, but the carryout at this location is always 100%
