Ordered ahead for pickup. Got the notification the order was ready and showed up 5 minutes AFTER that and they weren't done. They forgot half the order so they had to make it then and I waited for it to cook. The point of ordering ahead is not to wait.Just a little disappointed with the service. The manager seemed more interested in telling stories to coworkers than working on orders.
Ordered a pizza, the food was cold and missing sauce. They did not send a receipt. I was on hold for nearly 30 minutes, upon finally reaching someone I was told they could not email me or send me a receipt. I asked to speak to the manager and the girl got arrogant and condescending saying he wasn’t available. I told her to have him call me she said he would when he could but probably wouldn’t be for a few days. Will never order from them again and will be bringing this up to their higher management.
Awesome deals and ordered online and my Pizza was made fast and efficient. Hot crispy and fresh. Friendly customer service and took care of me. Thanks again.
Delivered to wrong address. Spent the next at least half an hour just trying to get someone in store to pick up.Found my pizza at the apartment next door, cold and abandoned and not even cut all the way through. It's a thin crust, and I've worked for Dominos in the past. It's not that hard to cut a crust or read delivery instructions.
our delivery address was 5 minutes away, our delivery time took 2 hours when it said less than one, food was cold and hard upon arrival, and dominos is meant to be contactless delivery and our driver knocked on our door and waited for us to take pizza instead of leaving it on the doorstep. incredibly disappointed with this location.
Unpractically made half my order didnt release it till i was home. Didnt know pizza was that hard geeze. One of the kiddos even made a huge deal when i asked for my sauce cups that they didnt even have.... rest in pizza dominos rest in zaaaa brahhhh.
They're always prompt, polite, and friendly at this location, and my food always turns out perfect. They even help make up for it when the app isn't working by helping me find other coupons and discounts. 10 out of 10 customer service.
Did Carryout for discount from online ordering. Usually online order with delivery. I've never experienced any disappointment or poor service. They are excellent at order accuracy, and if they are out of a requested item, they are excellent to communicate and find a resolution.
95 minute delivery time when app said it would take 50-60. Suppose I deserve the awful pizza I received for being so lazy but cmon, y'all can do better. I live 9 minutes away. Also the pizza was burnt and lazily made. Impressive bubbles on the one slice but I prefer one without crust completely overtaking what it's supposed to be delivering. Fwiw, the driver was friendly and apologized.
Pizza was made well and was delivered promptly. Love the ultimate pepperoni pizza!! Do wish they put a little bit more of the garlic butter on the crust.
