They've usually made my pizza right, but seriously, the most BASIC customer service and common sense is lacking. I go in to pick up and the guy doesn't even say hi. He just looks at his computer and says "what's the name" ? Doesn't say bye or thank you or anything else, just "here" as he hands me the pizza. My pepp and sausage pizza somehow also had olives too. Definitely lost a costumer.
Delivery driver Jeffery did not ask if we would like change back as we paid in cash. Instead he assumed he was getting a $9.72 tip and tried to dart towards the stairs. When asking him for $2 back Jeffery did not even have enough singles or a five. We received 1 single and a dollar in change after him scrambling to rummage all his pockets. A delivery driver should always have atleast $5 in singles coming from a ex delivery driver. It felt very much like I wasn't supposed to receive my change. Never have I felt this way with a delivery driver.
I've given this dominos three tries. pizza is either late, under cooked , under cheesed, or a combination of all three.Have you ever wanted a pizza where only half of it was covered in cheese?Have hit ever wanted to wait 25 minutes past the expected pickup time?this is the place for you then
Tried the pasta bowls and bread twist tonight, the food was great! The dominos was really quick and our order was delivered so hot , fresh and very quick.. great job to all of you! Thank you for a nice meal.
This specific store is very slow. The last 2 times I've had a cancel because my order wasn't ready within the time frame. I even waited past my time frame by 20 minutes. Luckiy I went in and asked otherwise I would have waited even longer. One time I even ordered delivery but my order was just never made and I was never told that it was never going to be delivered because they didn't have a driver. They need to close or limit orders that they can handle.
Their pizza is the best compared to other dominos in salt lake area, they put the most mushroom, pineapple, and chicken all over the pizza. Highly recommend it.
They are so slow. Very rude, unprofessional and worst staff. Pizza orders are always late. Better close up shop or hire better staff!Will never order here again!!
the lady was working alone on Sunday but pizzas were made on time and delicious. But please get her some help asap!!!
Disgusting, disappointed, disaster! It's uncooked and you can't chew dough, I literally choked on it and had to spit it out! I have a picture but can't post it. Could've had better food at McDonald's.
Do not order from this place if it’s past 7 pm. They won’t even start preparing your order until the time it should be ready to be picked up.
