The pizza here is decent, but not something you should eat every week because this pizza tends to be more on the salty side. At first, you are like wow this is great is has a lot of flavor. Then, you’re like I want something a little less harsh because this is way too salty. I frequented this place when they had the $3 tip promo. Now it is gone and I see no reason to go back to Domino’s when Papa Johns tastes fresher and is not overly salty like theirs.

I ordered and they called me to ask me to cancel. I can understand that and they called me after about a hour and 30 min of waiting.I tried again months later and 3 hrs in no pizza. I talked to them at 1 hr 30 min of waiting and they said your on the next delivery outing. Another 1 hr and 30 min goes by and nothing. If there was going to be a next time just tell me to cancel.Just deleted the app from my phone. I learned my lesson.

I understand the staff shortage issue. I get it. However, when the online ordering system says "Joe" is prepping your pizza at 4:54 and at 5:35 you look at the online tracking to see your order is cancelled you call (yes, I missed your call at 5:21). I was VERY kind. You, on the other hand were blunt and borderline rude. I asked why my order was cancelled, you said, "yeah I tried calling". So, what's up? "We have no drivers". Ok, I understand but why 30 minutes to be notified? I understand you are the messenger and I was still polite and mentioned that obviously your system is broken. Still, not a single thank you for understanding, continued bluntness. It's not your fault the system is messed up or that you are short staffed. It's not my fault either, but at least I was polite about it. Maybe I need to call back and be nasty? Nah, I'll try to help you out by getting the help you all need with the system so people don't call and be nasty to you. So, Domino execs, GET IT FIXED.And, the fee is still "pending" on my bank account.I hope someone higher up than the "messenger" sees this and goes to someone even higher up to fix the computer system issue! If there are no drivers available that's fine, I would have gone to pick it up.

Domino's quality has really declined! The large pizza outer crust was 2 inches wide so the toppings only cover the inner 2/3 of the pie. Many times the cheese is so thin you can see the crust through it. So you are getting mostly bread with a skimpy amount of toppings. The Chicken Parmesan sandwich was a joke. The thick bun contained a few small chunks of chicken, probably 2 tablespoons of sauce and some cheese. Again, mostly bread and very dry. So now I see what they do...sell bread with a little bit of flavoring added. What a rip off! Definitely not the quality I remember. Domino's used to be my pizza of choice but now I'm done with them.

I don't really write reviews but I am rather frustrated. I really wish they would hire enough staff and drivers to actually deliver close to the estimated delivery timeframe shown on the website. Or even just call the customer when orders are going to be late or are undeliverable... It's been a steady pattern over the last 10 months or so. The website will say 30min estimated delivery time but more often than not it is more than an 1 1/2 to 2 hours before you see your food... I cannot remember the last time an order from this branch was delivered in a timely manner as estimated by their site. I've had to call the store (and even had to drive to the location once after being put on hold for over 45 minutes without anyone picking up) for multiple orders and I am always given the same response, either "Oh our driver doesn't come in until 4pm so we were waiting (I ordered 45 min earlier, plenty of time to call the customer to let them know)" or "we don't have any delivery drivers working today." If either of these situations are the case than online ordering should not be an option, or at the VERY least call the customer to let them know they will have to wait hours for their food.. I understand that employees have to deal with extenuating circumstances from time to time, but this is a reoccurring pattern with particular location and it's only getting worse. Their reputation has devolved into one of customer inconvenience and frustration...PS with today's order I ordered it at 3:14pm, I called at 4:07pm since it was still listed as being prepped and was told their driver came in at 4pm, the order was finally put in the oven at 5:13pm. I received my food at 5:46pm and the ranch was exploded and pushed through the top of the lid... 2 1/2 hours for damaged food, a new low.My recommendation: Go literally anywhere else if you want pizza delivered...

I am not impressed with this dominos. The last time we were in they were very rude to us as well. We ordered online for curbside delivery and then got informed that we couldn’t do curbside. And Then we were CHARGED more money on top of that to do carry out! Carry out?!? I’m driving there and coming inside for my order.. it’s a little ridiculous to be charged more for that. When I arrived I walked in and the manager turned around soaked dishes in the sink and I said hello I have a pick up for .. mumbled something under his breath and asked for my name again really rudely. Then he went to grab my pizza and shoved it at me to take. I am very disappointed because I’ve had a good time ordering here before. I’m giving you my money and I had to come inside and pick it up rather then what I originally wanted… very rude management at this place I will probaly not come back..

They cancelled our order (possibly because they don’t have drivers)and didn’t bother calling to notify us. So kids were almost in tears, because by the time I checked my email, they were starving. F-You Dominoes!Oh, this is actually the second time they did this to us. Shame on us for trying them again I guess. Never again.

Ughhh always issues at this dominos. Half the time they call to say they can't deliver after your order has been placed, and when they do its a mess. Tonight our pizza was squished and cheese stuck to the lid..also luke warm...delivered to my neighbors instead of our apartment, banged on the door and woke her up since she works at 3 a.m. I realize times are tough right now so don't offer delivery if you can't handle it.

Wow never thought I would make a take out order to go and have the online services not work - regarding saying take out options are not available. And then when I call the store number I sit here listening to a recording over and over again , no answer for 8:40 minutes. Even I can’t believe that I waited that long for them to answer the phone . But hey ‘ I did , and still counting . Is it the new thing for pizza places not to answer the phone anymore ? Because it’s not even a star rating if you can’t even order a item over the phone ! Wth is going on with the world ! End of pizza end of movies ! Ahhh! ?☹️ ???‍?️??

After consistently getting cold pizza delivered from this location (I live two blocks away), I decided to order for pick up. I sat in my car for 30 min well past the scheduled “ready” time then went into the store. I was told to wait another 30 min, minimum… this store has a serious management issue.
