I ordered a pizza and went into wait. A chic was sneezing and then went to the side to blow her nose, she returned to touching the pizzas Without washing her hands While I was cancelling my order, I found out that she's "The Manager."

Don't order from here! I placed an online order and was given my pick up time, when i get there they're CLOSED. i kept calling and calling and the call was never picked up. A guy claiming he was the delivery driver came out and said no one was at the store that they had left and closed for the day, to request my money back!... an hour later i get an email saying my order was cancelled and suggested to call the store, and wait 2-5 days for a refund. Never again will i go or order from here.

The Rose Park location is hands down the worst. The never and I mean never answer the phone. Deliver Orders take 2-4hr to complete. Every time I walk in to find out what is going on with my order the employee are standing around doing nothing. Ask to talk to the manager every time but am always told shes busy. I wanted this time for 20min to talk to her. We did not even hear me out before canceling my order and kicking me out. Do your self a favor and go to Pizza Hut.

We ordered online for our 3 kids and the lady manager calls and says we need to pick it up instead and says she needs to charge us again. And we will get the money back in 3 days. That was all the money i had for tonight. And she is so heartless and rude about this. I do not have another 40 dollars for pizza for my kids. How can she do this and just be as rude as she is. I hope u sleep well knowing you said its not your problem its my kids.

Worst location ever! Right after placing my order I got a missed call no voice message, I call it right back and sit on hold for 47 minutes then get disconnected. So I check my order online and find out they cancelled my order. Great customer service you guys ??

Seems like it’s time to replace the entire staff at this location. Attempted to place an order online and through the app, at least 10 times. When that didn’t work, I wasted an hour on hold only to get disconnected. Y’all, seriously this is the most pathetic business I’ve ever attempted to interact with. Normally, I’d move on to something else, but I’m stranded at a hotel (with no food nearby, and this is the only place that will deliver to me) while waiting for my truck to get out of the shop, which naturally means that I can’t drive for food. That’s ok, though. I didn’t need to eat today.

What the Heck!! Had my grandkids over tonight and they wanted pizza and a movie. I ordered at 8:30 pm and tracker kept.saying It was in prep for 2 hrs and at 11:55 pm they called and said they were finally delivering it and I told them I didnt want it and wanted a refund because my grandkids fell asleep waiting on the pizza. I would have canceled over the phone but nobody answered me after 5 calls with no answer. Seriously though?! 3 Hours for delivery.Unbelievable!!

Made an online delivery order on a Monday at 7:15pm, sat at the prep stage for almost an hour, called, sat on hold for 15 minutes. Hung up and called again, sat on hold for 10 minutes before someone picking up and telling me they should start preparing my order in 30 more minutes. No one called and gave me a heads up about any kind of wait upon ordering, if they had, that would have been completely acceptable and understandable, me ordering food and them not telling me there will be a 1.5 hour delay before prep even begins is not.

I have ordered from this dominos multiple times and they continue to drop the ball. I place an order and they either call me 10 min later and let me know they canceled the order or they just cancel the order and completely don’t acknowledge it. When they do call me they say that the wait time is some outrageous amount of time or just say they don’t want to make the order. This location is a joke and I will never go here again. You are losing customers based on inadequate staff who treat your customers like garbage.

Update: gave them one more shot and placed an order, got a call right away from Stevie to inform me they are low on drivers so it would take 1 - 1 1/2 hour but it would be fresh for delivery when the Driver gets there. THANK YOU STEVIE! This made my review go up a star and I see there is improvement. Food was delivered delayed (as warned) but fresh. I love dominos and don’t wanna leave and this gave me hope to keep ordering from this storeOP: This store kinda ruined dominos for me and I’ve been a dominos supporter since I used to work at a location back In NJ when I was 18 (10 years). Ordered from here multiple times and seems there is always something going wrong.
