This is the last time ever. Your store location has lost a recurring customer hoping that my next eat will be better than the last. You spend 20 minutes going through the online system to make an order with coupons and I receive a phone call 5 minutes later saying they are closing? Closing?! I put an order in 5 minutes ago, you still have 30 minutes until your listed closing time. Dominos should flag this location to be inspected. Just straight up lazy. They also have the worst wings compared to other Dominos. Are you ordering your wings from a provider that starves their chickens? Avoid this location.
Never had any issues at this location! Yummy food, great employees, and a solid location. Also, Kayle is an awesome delivery driver!Granted, they are extremely short-staffed and sometimes take longer than expected for deliveries, but if you don’t want to wait, just do pick up. Be kind to these overworked employees!
This order took 2 hours to arrive. Estimated wait time was 30 mins when I ordered. When the driver dropped it off I asked him about getting a refund and he just walked to his car and said, "call the store". I told him I had already tried but they haven't been picking up for the whole time I had been waiting. At this point he was already getting in his car in the middle of the street so I was literally yelling this. He just repeated, "call the store." Store won't pick up the phone after multiple attempts.This was the 2nd time I tried to order delivery from here, the first time they called me about a half hour later and canceled the store because they were short staffed and we're closing early. Wouldn't recommend ordering here if you need something reliable.
Excellent Staff and outstanding service. The store had always been consistent in providing the expected quality. Shout out to Galvin the Assistant manager who always been extraordinary in keeping momentum inside the store.
Would give them a zero if it was allowed. Do not order from here. , for your own sake. We've had several terrible experiences with them and understand how rough things are right now for the food industry, but the multiple hour-long delays at this location are unacceptable. We've currently been waiting for over an hour and they haven't even begun making the order yet. Don't bother calling, they won't answer.
The worst location. I order pizza on Christmas eve and my food was never delivered. I called the manager who told me that it would be delivered and to call back if I had anymore problems. I waited one hour and called back only for the phones to say “this location is closed.” I ordered at 6:15 and it was 1.5 hours before pizza even said it was going to be delivered. My pizza never arrived. I’m currently waiting on corporate to contact me so I can get a refund. The drivers name was “mega” and I believe manager is “Eric”.
This pizza at this location is consistently so much worse than the other locations near SLC. They hardly put any toppings on the pizza. I wouldn't even call them pizzas. It is like a dry crust with a few shreds of cheese on it. And even though I pick them up immediately, they are cold and seem as if they were made a week ago. I was hoping they just had a bad day, but this has been the case for the last three pizzas I ordered from this location. Go to the South Temple location instead.
Will not be using this Domino’s again. It took the delivery driver over an hour to go nine blocks. We ordered the pizza at 3:10 and it left the store at 3:45. The pizza did not show up until it after was after 5:00.I would have canceled the order, but that is not an option.So, after waiting over an hour and fifteen minutes and still no pizza. I called and was informed that they have the poor delivery guy delivering over 13 pizzas. The guy on the phone was just about the whiniest tool that I have ever talked to. Then agin I should cut him some slack. He is obviously one of the upward bound guys. You can’t expect to much from a homeless guy.The bottom line is if you want the worst dominos experience of your life, Pick up that phone call this store. You will not be disappointed in the poor service that you receive.
This domino's has gone downhill in the recent months it used to be on time and it used to have good quality food and it was good to interact with the workers that were there. Where nowadays it's just hurry up and go and they're not meeting the company's requirements of basically it's time constraints. If they don't get it done in the right time it's supposed to be free from what their ad says. Very disappointed in this location I will be driving to the other Domino's in my area from now on.
I ordered a pizza with extra cheese, but as you can see from the picture, there are several slices that don't have cheese on them, and it's definitely not extra cheese. The employees here don't care about making a good pizza and I have been severely disappointed with the quality of pizza coming from Domino's lately and it might be time to find another pizza place.
