3 meat plate, surprise total over $17Ribs, brisket, and pulled pork,“Potato casserole” , cabbage slaw,No joke over $17 and this is what I opened….Do you see that tiny rib??My lands,I couldn’t remember why I never wanted to go back to dickies,Now I have to write this review just so I can remember why…Do you know what just over $17 can get you…. Anywhere else??Google all the other bbq places here in town…
They were out of a few sides, which is understandable due to the supply shortage, the food was delicious and the pricing was perfect, but it was a bit cold! Please find a way to serve it warm.
Had some issues but manager and owner were very quick and willing to adress the issue very quickly and efficiently. This is an owner who cares about the quality of service and happiness of the establishments customers. She really does care about consumers safety and there experience, that is very hard to come by now days. I would return to this restaurant because of that.*UPDATE* FEBRUARY 3rd 2022*I have changed my review from 4* to 5*.To not do so would be morally wrong.Ashley the owner of this business went out of her way to fix the issues we had including following up with us to ensure they were meeting expectations. It is very hard now days in corporate America to find a place that isn’t about the bottom line financially and I can say without question that is not the case at this location. Ashley was very generous, genuine and concerned about our experience to the point it was shocking. Shocking because you just don’t find places now days who truly care about there customers or there experience only money but Ashley and her staff really do. I would highly recommend this location to friends and family because of this. I know without hesitation if they go to this location they will be taken care of.Thanks for your hard work and dedication to you’re business and it’s customers.
I don't remember dickeys being this bad at the other locations but this location was horrible and wasted 70 dollars on food that was worth maybe 20. The food was cold. The brisket the lady served me was dried and hard like it was over cooked or a couple days old and on top of that they gave you a little cup of barbecue. For 70 i need warm food thats not dry and all the BBQ sauce I want. Lost my business.
Ugh, I wish I'd gone somewhere else. I ordered the XL pack to bring home for dinner, but it was quite disappointing. I wanted the brisket burnt ends and the employee said "I don't think that's included". Is it or isn't it? It certainly wasn't posted on the menu. Got the brisket instead, and it was dry and chewy - as was the chicken. The fried okra and potato salad were decent, the creamy spinach was over cooked and the baked beans were 2/3rd liquid. I can't comment on the eight dinner rolls since we didn't get them. At checkout the credit card machine offered the opportunity for a 10 or 20% tip. 10% was too small so I did the 20% and regretted it.
Cold ribs, honestly. None of the food was warm, and the woman that was ringing us up had her hand up her shirt as she serviced us. The kitchen looked really dirty, and I feel this location isn’t a sanitary place to eat.
I have been multiple time to this location as it's the closest to me. Evey time it's just a waist of money. Again today I received food that was warm to cold, the fries tasted and smelled like they cooked with bad oil, the pulled pork was so fatty I could not even eat it.(gave it to my dog) The employees there just don't care enough about their jobs to do a good job. They don't greet customers, they will stand there and stare at you like you just ruined their conversation. I won't be back to this location. The last time I spent 10 min in the drive thru waiting for someone before giving up and going somewhere else. If your thinking about going to this location do your self a favor and skip this one and go to mo bettas or drive to another location.
I couldn't get them to deliver due to the closest one was in SLC but the person who answered the phone was very apologetic. PLEASE BRING A DICKEYS BACK TO DAVIS COUNTY ESPECIALLY CLOSE TO SYRACUSE.
I gave one star as I could not enter 0 stars. The entire visit was miserable. The staff was sidetracked on their phones and not even wanting to take our order when we arrived and we were the only customers in the restaurant. They gave me the wrong sides as they were not paying attention and then double charged me to make my meal and add the correct sides and moved food items from one plate to another plate in front of me to try and fix their errors. Every food item was cold and hard. Horrible establishment, uneatable food, and horrible service. When complained to staff about the food being cold their response was that it is immediately cold when they pull it from the warmer.
The service is absolutely horrible. We waited for over 30 mintues in the drive through and we literally were the only car there. We didn't even get our drinks in the 30 minutes we were waiting. We won't EVER be returning here.
