If no stars were available I'd do it. Half empty place, waited 39 to sit, 20 more for coffee then the food was cold. Non existent and rude service. Hostess a joke. Why I hate eating out epitomized here!
Great Service At Register ! Not So Much In The Back! Home Boy Is Loudly Cussing About The Wave Of Drivers Coming In To Get A Shower! If You Don't Like Cleaning Showers Go Work At McDonald's!
The service there is amazing. The server was quick with our drinks, the cooks were fast to get the food cooked and to us. Definitely recommend.
The customer service was great, and the people are friendly. The food was less than desirable heavy on the salt. The double cheese burger had different sized patties. The top patty was a lot smaller than the bottom patty, the mashed potatoes were also really salty, the fries were cold I don't know if I will recommend this place to anyone else.
I walked in and the restaurant was empty with the exception of one customer that already had his food. I stood there for about 10 minutes, had 3 employees walk by (some more than once) that didn’t say a word to me. After a few more minutes of invisibly waiting, I just left. I get that places are short staffed due to the pandemic but that was not the problem. Do better Denny’s.
I changed to 5 star cuz the service was great and it is not their fault that their location brings in a certain type of traffic. It's connected to a truck stop that appears to have a lot of drug traffic. Not a family dennys
I had a great meal and had exceptional service from a waiter by the name of Marcus. He had quite the personality. I will definitely be back.
Horrible customer service. I placed my order abs they didn't have that available so I chose something else. The kid at the front couldn't find the key on the register to press for that item so he didn't know what to do. He offered to go get the manager. I told him to forget me ordering at all and left.
Service was horrible...servers just staring at you instead of acknowledging the growing line of people waiting to be seated. The "hostess" doesn't acknowledge you as well only asks if anyone needs to pay. When asked why they were seating people were told our party of 5 was not enough to sit at a table of 8, 3 of those were open, then after 20 minutes and getting frustrated with having to answer customer questions he brings the "manager" to come talk to us. She gives us another excuse as to why we can't be seated...unless you like waiting long times for no reason I would avoid this place
Waited for 15 plus minutes without being acknowledged. Then the host took care of only people paying. They had several tables open so when we asked why we were not being seated we were told we couldn't sit because the table was too big. The hoset refused to sit our group of 5 because the tables open had either 4 or 8 seats. I've come to this location several times and eveytime the service is terrible. If you can get someone to acknowledge you then your order takes an eternity to order and receive food. Not to mention when speaking with the manager she did not car what so ever. Was told she didn't witness anything she didn't care. She was unapologetic customer service is non existent for sure.
