We had a good time. Our server was on top of everything and the food was out pretty quick. But when I went it was right after the lunch rush and at the very end of our servers shift. I understand no one wants to stay later than they have to, but I wish the next server had at least talked to us instead of ignoring us. We probably would have stayed longer if we had gotten drink refills. Though over all it's a nice quiet place to sit and chat.
Great service, delicious food. I got the Alaskan Salmon and the cookie dough pancakes.
It took the waitress 30 minutes to even come get our order. Then they didn't have what I wanted. So had to order a subscription.Place has really gone down hill sense last Christmas when I was there last.Also the way the whole company handles getting their employees what's needs.New management and new waitresses just don't have what it takes to keep the doors open there.I'll for sure give a big shout out to manager George. He went out of his way to getYou what you need, want to the best of his ability. Thank you George!!!!!!
No host or busser. Waiter wanted to seat us in her own section instead of rotating. Probably should’ve stayed there, we ended up choosing a different section. Waitress wasn’t in the mood. At all. When I asked her if she could serve my sweet breakfast a specific way she looked at me with a face that said “well of course that’s easy” but when it was delivered by someone else - who never asked if we needed anything else- it was completely the opposite of what I ordered. If a simple request cannot be met I wonder what people with allergies do here. I ended up returning my entire breakfast - but only after waitress returned 15 minutes later to ask us if we want anything else - when clearly I haven’t eaten a bite. Ignorant.This place wasn’t my personal choice before and it won’t be again. They should change their slogan on the wall.
This is the worst Dennys ever. Went here for my birthday. They forgot my bacon, toast. When I finally got my toast it was like cardboard. They forgot my son's garlic toast also. Thank God I don't live here, would never go to this one again

With the exception of the questionable people outside around the building, the meal was good. The service was quick, the place wasn't busy, and the waitress was very good for our group of 8. Would definitely return again to this location if we are in the area. We got a variety of foods and I don't think a single person was disappointed with what they got.
I would just like to say that violet who is working at 5th South 300 West is one of the most amazing employees I've ever met at Denny's she deserves a raise or a gift card or something because she will keep me coming to Denny's and she's an amazing person so thank you very much. please give her manager this and maybe give her employee of the month cuz you guys have a customer for life now because of her. sincerely Merlin
My Family and I use to be Regulars, managment changed and it became nothing but a bad experience so we stoped going for about a year , We tried it out again on Christmas day and I have to say the manager with the spiky hair Latino made us have a good experience, He Is a very hard worker and cordinates his team like a boss and helps his crew , others need to take notes from this young man. We appreciate that he let us know clearly about the wait time, they were very short handed we very grateful that they worked on Christmas Day. Loved the experience♥️
Service here is hit and miss. What it comes down to is they simply don't have the staff to run the restaurant effectively. The food is okay as Denny's foods goes. Some of the servers are awesome others are just meh. Wait times can be a bit long.
