The best service I've had in a long time. I didn't have very much money and I had a friend with me and she hadn't eaten for quite a while.I asked the waiter bout the $2 pancakes and he informed me the price had gone up to $3.50He actually surprised us by buying our food for us.Needless to say I gave him all the money I had left as a tip.
Went in and the host seated us. Ordered coffee and he brought it to us. Waited 20 mins and no one came to take our order. Other customers walked in and no one even came out to seat them. We had to go basically in the kitchen to find anyone and they looked at us like we were annoyed. Worst “service” I’ve ever had and including my party 3 other parties walked out. No excuse for the lack of respect and professionalism. Will not return.
Well my visit at Denny's today was not very stellar. Brandon no offense to any of the staff who was really really shorthanded. The food I had to send back because it was not very good they did replace it and give me a discount which I appreciated very much.
I would not order here again if they advertised free food. Upon arriving to pick up order I was greeted by a very impatient, frustrated and borderline rude waiter/waitress (not certain how this individual identifies). After establishing that I had already ordered online and did not need to be seated or look at a menu I was instructed to have a seat and wait. The wait was not too long but longer than anticipated for food that was preordered and already paid for (tip included). When the order did come out it was incomplete. I was informed that certain items were out of stock and that I would have to call to get a refund. Call who? I was never told. I was not offered any alterative as a replacement or given any information about who to call to correct the situation. I left with some of my order and figured I would call the next day and speak to the manager to resolve the issue. So I get the order home and the food is terrible. Its Denny's I didn't expect much and I was still severely disappointed. I do not write reviews but I feel compelled to warn people against going to this sad excuse for an eatery. The staff was sub par, the food was awful, the order was incomplete and no one will answer the phone to do anything to make it right. The items that were missing totaled around $20-25. The entire order was really not even palatable. A total loss of over $80
When I first walked in a waitress told me that they were in the middle of shift change, so there weren't any cooks and they could only serve coffee. I said that's fine but it still took another ten minutes for them to seat me even with the place almost empty. Once I sat down I realized how dirty the place was. There were caution signs every where. Then a waitress had to continuously tell a homeless guy to get out who was just sleeping at a table. However for all that the food was good. My waitress had a very real and out going personality that I respected and liked. If you don't mind the other things this is a good ol' down to earth Denny's.
I just walked in, two waiters are seated having a chat. That's fine. I'm just standing there at the front, waiting. They continue their little chat. I wait some more. And more waiting. Then after about a couple of minutes of me standing there awkwardly, does the waitress deem me worthy of a table. Sorry waiters, I didn't mean to intrude on you in an open public restaurant, and want to give you money for food. Look at all the other recent bad reviews, they must not pay them enough to care.
Don't be lied to by the menu.I didn't come to Denny's expecting quality, but I at least expected to get what I ordered. Instead, what the menu calls "Hearty 9-grain pancakes" really refers to its regular pancakes with nothing on top. An "89 cent upgrade from hash browns to seasonal fruits" really means $3 for a small palm-sized bowl containing a handful of grapes and sliced melons.Just a complete misrepresentation of what's being served and what it costs.
Ordered nachos it was delivered without pico. I asked server she stated they were out of pico . I asked for side of tomatoes and onions to replace the pico she said they had none. I asked for glass water she did not return.
Worst restaurant experience I've ever had!!!!!!!????????I made an online order at 8:30, which was supposed to be ready for pick up by 8:58. My husband went to get it. He waited more than 30 minutes to get half of our order. Then he told a new guy named Cameron, that the order was not complete. Cameron started yelling at my husband that the order was all done. Then my husband had to show the receipt and Cameron said that he "got it". Again my husband had to wait one more hour to get the other half of the order. We had ordered 3 bottles of water with our order. Cameron gave my husband 3 empty cups stating that they didn't have any water and that my husband could do whatever he wanted with those cups, that he could throw them to the trash if he wish to that he didn't care. He didn't offer to cancel the waters. So my husband told him that he wanted to cancel the whole order since he was very frustrated with the treatment he received. He had to wait for another half an hour just to be told that the order could not be cancelled that we had to call. However, no one answered the phone. We have always loved to eat at Denny's but this location really disappointed us. We feel upset and sad at the same time. They really don't care about customers.
I made the horrible mistake of stopping here. I received the worst service I have ever seen.First, the waiter Travis was clearly annoyed that we were there. When he came to take our order for drinks, he just stood there until we said something. He took the drink orders and took forever to get them. The hot chocolates weren’t mixed, and he didn’t even bring mine! By this time we were clearly annoyed and we left. Most people figured it out as well and we’re leaving.Very pathetic state the service industry is in. Don’t spend a penny here.
