Been going here with a friend every few weeks or so for *years*. Suddenly, today, there's a new rule - "We can't do separate orders at the drive-thru if the lobby is open." Huh, that's interesting, since we literally had no problem with separate orders just last Thursday.Smug, condescending, and arrogant - yeah, no sale. Good-bye Taco Bell and hello Cafe Rio!
I placed an online order on a Thursday evening about 15 minutes before leavingmy house, and was in the drive thru line 30+ minutes before finally arriving at the window. Was given an amount to pay by 2 different employees at the window, to both i said no, online order for Melissa. When i finally received a bag 10 plus minutes later, I made the mistake of driving away before checking my order. I realized it was totally wrong. ( received 1 crunchy taco but ordered 2 soft ones). I went to the front door, and it was locked so i knocked on the window because i was not waiting in that line for another 45 minutes, while 2 employees stood behind the counter just effing screwing around and socializing while 1 employee was at the window. They 2 employees that were not doing s*it waved me into the drive thru line and I yelled that I wasn't waiting in that line again and left the bag outside the door on the ground and got in my car and went elsewhere. 1. How do I get a refund? 2. Those 2 employees that were socializing need to learn to look busy. 3. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! THE ONE ON 21ST AND STATE IS WAY BETTER!!
freshest omg ingredients ive had in a while! cheese 5 stars, the ground meat is super fresh and tasty, juicy watery lettuce and oncourse the crispiest taco in the worldstaff asked if we wanted pretty sauce. our answer was YAS!!!!
This burrito is the size of their ¢90 burritos but is the one that comes in a $10 meal. I asked if this was correct, which they stated it was, and then asked for my money back. It was a firm no.Yanni's and crown burger are just down the street and are a much better value.
As of right now this specific shop is run by a beast and he knows what he's doing. My food is bomb and he gets it to you quick with all good vibes. I've learned you gotta have a relationship with your del taco guy.
Went through the drive thru with a buy 1 get 1 free coupon for a double cheeseburger. Woman working the drive thru told me they had to apply the coupon at the window. I get to the window and they charge me full price for the food. Big lack of communication with the staff. But Del Taco still owes me my free burger. Fix it.
Jan 3 2022 at 8pm we ordered our food and two items where missing. Also all our food was cold we had to reheat them. The drive thru wasn't busy.
My burrito looked like it was used as a football before finding its way into the bag. Was falling apart in the bag and had multiple holes. The bar was low but holy cow you guys managed to surprise me.
This place is always busy. Half an hour wait for the drive thru minimum. I know, I unfortunately have to come here often for work. They don't have the staff to handle their volume right now
Friendly customer service, fast food with great ingredients. They have a great standard to make sure their food is fresh and prepared well. It's a long night time stop for me. Their soft serve ice cream shakes with fried churros....OMG!
