Wow. Curry fried chicken blew me away. One employee cooking to feed a lunch rush was impressive. Hats off! I ordered the regular fried chicken plate and was very happy with the dish. The salad is refreshing. The vegetable medley had such great seasoning. The fried chicken was hot out of the fryer and the skin was so crispy! The curry and seasonings was divine. I loved that they only serve dark meat as well! For $13.99, it’s a plate that will hold you over for most of the day!! Definitely worth the drive and the wait!

Always a great experience! We love coming here and the service and food is very consistent and amazing! We love the curry fried chicken plate which comes with lentils, rice, veggies. You should try this plate because the fried chicken is delicious. The curry fries are on another level they are deliciously made. We also love their samosas with the spicy sauce it comes with. The hummus is pretty good and lastly you should try their mango lassi which is such a refreshing drink. Okay, so if you can't tell we love everything from here! So go check them out because you won't be disappointed!

I was recommended to come to Curry Fried Chicken while I was on a trip to SLC. Originally, I wasn't going to be able to make it, but I'm glad I found time! This was some of the best fried chicken I've ever had, with a very crispy Indian-spiced batter, a hot pepper chutney, and very satisfying rice with lentils on the side. The samosas were also very good, definitely homemade, and served with a mild green chutney. The Chai was also homemade, and was very satisfying as I walked back to my hotel. My only complaint is that I didn't get an extra piece of chicken instead of the samosas, because I'm going to be dreaming of this chicken when I go back to Seattle.

The places is really good. Their food is really we seasoned and the fried chicken is amazing and really crunchy. The only reason why it does not have full 5 stars, it is because I have been there twice and both of the times the chiken thigh was REALLY small (a lot smaller than the leg), and a little burnt (over fried). I dont know if it was only bad luck or what.

You have no idea how amazing this place is. We’ve lived here for ten years and it is still in our top five fave restaurants to go to in slc! The curry chicken shawarma wrap is AMAZING and warm and fresh and creamy and AMAZING.

Best food ever. My dad recommended this place for my whole family to try the food. This is the 3rd time that I've been going to this place. It has a lot of flavor and deliciousness. Their yogurt shakes, mango or rose milk was great as well. Their Curry fries are so delicious. Go on and try it for yourself.

hands down some great fried chicken!

Local gem in SLC... We come here maybe once a week for work lunch. The staff and owner are always friendly and greet us with a smile. Food is fantastic.

If I could only eat one dish for the rest of my life, I would have to give serious consideration to the CFC pita wrap. And that's saying something for an Italian who grew up eating about equal parts home-cooked Italian food, and home-cooked Mexican food at friends' houses. But as good as those styles of food are, I don't know if any one of their dishes achieve the culinary perfection of that pita wrap. It's hearty but not too heavy; the lettuce gives it a nice, fresh crunchiness; the spices are interesting but not overwhelming. I admit that I don't know much about Pakistani food, but I know what good food is, and CFC is good food. It's also nice to know that I'm spending my money in a locally owned and operated family business, but honestly, if the place was a franchised location of multi-national fast food conglomerate headquartered in Guangzhou, I'd probably still eat there because it's just that tasty. The only warning I'd give to a first time patron would be to let them know if you can't handle spicy food. I find the spiciness to be the perfect level, and I would say I have only a moderate tolerance for spicy heat, but I could see someone with a low tolerance getting scorched (my parents, for example, would find the food to be too hot, but they think the Del Taco mild sauce is spicy). Just let them know when you're ordering that you need your food white folks style and they'll either accommodate, or if they can't with a particular dish because the spice is cooked in, they'll steer you toward something more to your taste.

This is the best food I've ever had. Hands down. I think of the meal I had here in my dreams. It changed my world.I am not exaggerating. I ate here over four years ago and I cannot get over how good this food was. Please do yourself a favor and come to curry fried chicken. I live quite far-- but I would drive 4 hours to eat this meal again.
