I had an unpleasant experience when it came to a worker adding money to their tip from my card that I did not leave. I contacted corporate as I couldn’t reach anyone in the store after multiple calls. They handled it quickly and professionally. Still one of my favorite places to eat! Just make sure to always be careful with cards and people adjusting tips. This could’ve happened anywhere.

Several pieces of pork in my veggie bop :(I hope at least my noodles are gluten free and I don't get sick later but we'll see

I found a unicorn, a Korean restaurant that charges for kimchi; king Sejong is spinning in his tomb. Food is ok. The prices are a bit high for what is basically bibimbop without an egg. Some people have said this used to be a food truck and if that's true, it makes sense. I'll go get a killer dolsot bibimbop at any Korean restaurant for about the same price and have included banchan (side dishes) so I don't know what these people are trying to get at other than play off people's ignorance of what is literally a few miles away. No reason to dine in because they charge $3 for a bottle of water; the same price for bottled coke, and no option for a cup of water. tldr. skip this place and just go to a local Korean restaurant. You'll get better food for the same money, get included side dishes, and not have to pay for a cup of water.

Super fun and energetic atmosphere, and the food was excellent. We loved it and we'll definitely be back.

First time at cupbop. Great customer service and great food.

Abagail and Camilla helped me out in the front and they are such lovely individuals. They were super kind and very quick getting me my food. They went above and beyond to get me everything that I requested. The music that they played was so much fun. I really loved the variety. I’ve always had a good experience at this location, but Camilla and Abagail made this time like no other. I had a blast and feel like I have made 2 new best friends. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a good time.

Full disclosure: I’m Korean. Don’t order from or visit here.[Combo Bop] I ordered chicken and pork with level 5 sauce. Too sweet. Actually, I can say this is the worst cupbop that I had in my life. You can tell how poor and low the ingredients’ quality is just with a bite.[Gyoza and Mandoo] are almost like the same. Actually 99 percent the same. Just fried frozen mandoo or dumpling or gyoza whatever you call it that you can buy at the asian market and have after you fry them in the oil until they get dried. Not recommend. Also, what a shame as a Korean that lots of people will experience Korean food with this low quality Korean food restaurant.

Awesome place. Amazing food. Feels like Christmas year round ;)

Lived in Korea as a kid and missed the food so much, so happy we found this restaurant! Food is amazing and the staff is always nice???

The best Korean Bowl I had by far! With free mandoo and good choices of drinks!!! Shout out to the friendly and hardworking staff Sasi Shan Francis and the rest! Thanks guys for the great service! Amazing experience
