I eat here quite often and usually order fish dinner (fish & chips). Overpriced at $12, but good. Three pieces fish, salad, French fries w/ fry sauce, and pita bread. I heard price was recently raised to $15, so probably not worth it now. This is a fast food restaurant but has nice seating and a fireplace inside. Be careful at drive up window in summer. Swarms of flies make it impossible to open car window to place your order and again to pay.
It's been 10 years since I moved from SLC, and Crown Burgers was a favorite then - and this trip did not disappoint. Always prepared well, great service, and the jewel of that pastrami-burger is impressionable.
Our party of four were surprised at the quality of our food and the comfort of the dining area. Staff worked so hard to accommodate a steady stream of customers. The Greek salad was gorgeous, large enough to be shared by 2 or 3, and one of the best I have ever had! The generous helpings of excellent feta cheese made it a real stand out salad. My jalapeño burger was delicious and I was tempted to repeat the order the next day. The rest of the party ordered tuna sandwich, double and single cheeseburgers, onion rings, and drinks. Everyone agreed on 5 star rating!
On our last day in Salt Lake we wanted something that was quick, quality and close to the downtown area. It was recommended that we try Crown Burgers, a Salt Lake City favorite by the locals. It was great. Good hamburgers, great salads, and quick! I recommend it.
My friend said this is a must stop and I really like it. The pastrami cheeseburgers are the bomb and well done fries makes a great meal. Good fast friendly service here. I will be back for more.
We went before a Jazz game, and the place was packed, line was SO long... we got our food so quick, and it was delicious! Chick fil a wishes they were this efficient. They figured out the secret, and every restaurant management should ?take notes ?. I overheard lots of people as they passed by our table, and it was all impressed compliments by how professionally these crowds were handled. Well done 10/10!
Got an onion rings and Greek salad. Onion rings were awesome with ranch and fry sauce. Gyro meat was not fresh. It is like they cooking in the morning and storing it, that’s the only reason for 3 stars.
Great atmosphere with fantastic food. The Crown Burger was a master piece! Looking forward to trying more flavors!
I have a long history with crown burgers and it's one of my favorite "fast food" places. I put fast food in quotes because they're not like the other chain fast food restaurants. They take every order and cook everything as it is ordered. The food is fantastic. Especially the crown Burger and the kids version of the crown Burger that have pastrami on them. The gyro platter is also one of my favorites. The drive-thru space is a bit limited and you may be asked to park behind the building and wait for them to bring your food out. One remedy for this, is to go inside and eat at one of the tables. They have a fireplace and a relatively cozy atmosphere.
I love this joint. I travel through slc occasionally and this is the second time I’ve visited. The burger is amazing, the person that took my order was polite and personable, prices are reasonable, and it’s locally owned. All around winner in my book for a quick bite. Bravo.
