Love Crown Burger! It does take a little longer to get our food but it is still timely. They have Coke products and that's a plus for us, my husband is a big coke drinker! My favorite thing they have are their zucchini fries and fried mushrooms! I do have dietary restrictions so, I don't get to enjoy many things there but what I can have I love! My family is always satisfied, too! Staff is always beautiful, too.This particular location has wonky parking so, be prepared to struggle there a little bit. That's a loss of a star for us. Otherwise amazing!
You know, it's your local fast food chain ~ nothing gourmet or michelin star worthy, BUT it is a must-try if you're in Utah. There's nothing like Crown Burgers. It's like going to California and ignoring In-N-Out Burger ~ you're just sinning. Try it.Things you should know:I. SERVICEThe drive through is pretty efficient. You just pull in, order, park and they carry it out to you.II. QUALITYThe salads and dressing are made fresh daily (according to the website) but they don't clarify about all the other menu items. I mean, it's like your typical fast-food restaurant in my opinion. But let's be real, you're not here looking at my review because you're worried about where the meat was source but because you wanna know if it's timely and tasty. Rest assured, it is.III. CAPACITYFor a Friday at lunch time, the line was small and we got our food quick.
This is where my love affair with Crown Burger began many years ago. The Crown Burger is a unique blend of burger, pastrami, and sauce. Always delicious and filling. Fries and onion rings are fabulous too. Crown Burger is a never-miss treat for us when we visit Salt Lake. Funny story; back when I was fresh out of high school I took Carla on a date to this fancy new burger joint on Highland drive. I slammed my fingers in the car door just before going in to eat. I tried to be cool, but damn it hurt. The kind attendant gave me a cup of ice to put my fingers in while we ate our delicious Crown burgers. That was 1984. Carla married some other guy, but that’s okay. I love Crown Burger.
Crown Burger never fails with ther incredibly delicious Chef Salad. The ham and grilled cheese is my go to. The Crown burger is HUGE! I usually get the junior which is still more than enough and taste so dang yummy. Fries, onion rings and stuffed mushrooms are always on point. I only wish so bad they were open on Sundays. We would eat there a lot more after getting home on Sundays. Thank Crown for always being consistent with the yummy food.
Can't put 0 stars. Horrible customer service by the lady who answered the phone and hung up on me at the Highland Drive, Crown Burger Location. I JUST WANTED MY RIBEYE STEAK MEDIUM RARE!!! I am paying $91.51 for my Order and you can't do that, you should be retrained on customer service.After the second call "Anthony" the manager, make the change.Thank goodness for Good Management.
Nothing beats a Crown burger. Or their grilled chicken salad and of course, their Diet Coke is the best!! Mike and his sisters are so kind and efficient. Love this place.
Fast chicken and burgers and salads plus some Greek entrees.. What could be better. This place used to be inexpensive but now a small dinner for two is $27.00 .This is not the cheapest in town but the food is still very good and served hot.The servers have usually been pleasant.Don't expect any charm if you dine in but the take out is easy..
Food was overpriced lines were terrible fries were soggy two items 20 mins they lost my receipt even though they take down your license plate i wont be back i grew up by this place used to be a nice memory to cruise by the old spot. The service is what did it for me amongst the rest of the upsetting things.
Excellent service and THE BEST lettuce wrap Junior Crown burger I’ve ever had. Why? Lots of lettuce so it didn’t completely fall apart in my hand. It was delicious!!!!
I love Crown Burger but this location even though they had amazing service the food was subpar. My fries wasn't tasty and it felt a bit chewy instead of a nice crispy bite. I got charged extra for going with a lettuce wrap which should be cheaper than the buns in my opinion and I swore they didn't wash the lettuce since it tasted like they pulled it straight from the ground. Sadly my biggest heartbreak was i got my frysauce and it was awful. Other crown burgers have bits of what i believe to be relish of some kind to add to the flavor this was very plain. Don't plan on coming by any time soon. November 2021
