I've taken my kids here a few times and they always have fun. Today we did a birthday party and it was worth the cost to only have to show up with cake (you can buy one from them but I opted not to). The pizza is good but the one time I got wings I regretted it. The were anemic. Like, steamed or something. Really kind of gross. Anyway, our server was awesome and the restaurant was really clean.
surprisingly cleaner than i remember as a kid. Went for a neice's birthday party. the pizza, cake and soda products were all delicious and all the tables were clean. Chuck E was an animatronic for the most part except when he came out to wish the birthday kids well wishes then he was gone again. staff were great at communicating with the birthday girl's parents about pizza delivery, cake delivery etc. Also most of their games were in great condition and everyone had a really good time.Only recommendations i have is maybe leave 1 pizza uncut for adults their tiny kid size slices were too small for the adults in the part who would have liked to be able to have a bigger slice. My second recommendation is if possible for more hand sanitizer near the different games so that you could clean your hands between different games that were extremely high touch areas.
We had a very fun night. The only downside is that the food is a bit pricey I suggest you eat at home before coming over. Other than that staff is friendly and the place is clean. 10/10!
Pizza was great and we had a great time with the games. All of the games were in good working order. Great experience.
Was good,nice the staff super prophetionals, It look little dad the place.Cause .it doesn't have a lot persons,kids. But,My experience today doing my grandson's party. Was super fun. And they allowed my little dog, with out any problems. Thanks so much ,for still keeps your door open,to the public.100% recommend it. To get fun. ??
I was incredibly impressed when we came here for my son's 8th birthday. There had been some kind of mistake with the kind of party package I had ordered, and they still went ahead and gave me the more expensive one while still only charging me for the one that was much less expensive. The main general manager, Anthony came over in person to apologize for the mistake and to make sure that everything was the way that we wanted it, and was so kind, accommodating, and soo helpful. I forget her name and I feel terrible, but the brunette female manager, a little more petite girl was also very accommodating and kind to us as well. Both her and Anthony went above and beyond to make sure my son's birthday party was very special, and it was. We will definitely be returning here again and I would recommend it to anyone!
Honestly brings back memories. Place is well kept for being geared towards children, and their whole paperless ticket thing is kinda neat. Would recommend
I love coming here with my daughter and her friend for her birthday ? can I just give Anthony a shout out for making my daughters birthday extra special. I love coming here and I'll keep coming back. They did not disappoint! Super pleased with our experience. Chucky cheese himself came out and danced and sang for my daughter who turned 5!!
We decided to go last minute for my sons 2 year old birthday! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The PIZZA was so good! Well seasoned crust and the cheese bread was exactly what it should be CHEESY! Lots of fun games to play and lots of space to run around. Their show area was fun too with videos playing in the background. I liked how you could load up a card with either Time or Points. Since my son is only 2 his attention span doesn't always last through an entire game which can get frustrating at arcades but because we did it based on time we were able to have fun knowing we can just walk to the next game if he got distracted. I would definitely recommend this for kids.
