I eat Mexican food at least three times a week and this is hands down my favorite Mexican restaurant in all of Salt Lake City. Their chimichanga is quite literally a religious experience the first time you taste it. Know the irony of that in Salt Lake City Utah is not lost on me but it is the only way I can describe how mind-blowing their food is. Go right away.
The food is good. Service is pretty good as well. You seat yourself and they are usually quick to come get your order and give you some chips and salsa.The bad is the price. For the amount of food you get, it's too expensive. You also only get one bowl of chips. If you want another bowl, it's a dollar. Really? If you go in with three or four people, you should all get your own table until you get your chips, then combine tables so you actually have enough chips to go around.Again, food and service great, but priced too high. There are better values in the genre in the area.
The food was tasty. The building itself was compact but seemed to be well laid out.
Best. Enchiladas. In. Utah. Awesome hole in the wall place. Their enchilada sauce is hands down the best sauce I've ever consumed. The service is good and the food always comes out quick.
I think someone got my hopes up for this place. Was a bit confused by my food. I still ate it all, because it’s food. But I think I expected more. I guess the bonus is they got Venetian style ceiling.
Getting food from here as a pick up order was great. The food was very good. However, the first time I went there to eat in person was four days ago after months on the road working. I was so tired that I was having a hard time paying attention because I had started driving the previous night to get home.I didn't hear the lady serving me and my mother when she asked what I wanted to drink. I literally didn't realize she was at the table.She got angry and saw to it my first meal off the road was terrible.Water served in a dirty glass, the cooks put something in my shredded meat dish that made it watery, greasy and bland at the same time.Thanks for nothing. If whether you keep your word to me depends on your attitude today you are not worth my money or time again.
Everytime I come here the servers are always stuck up and cranky. When I asked for a refill the server seemed very inconvenienced by me asking for another coke. It's always the same lady, too.The food flavors are all the same, I've ordered a few different dishes here and it's all morphed flavors ?Homemade is much better.
Always good food. Friendly staff. Entrance for dining area is at the front of the building.
Good food but had to go in to place an order because they wouldn't answer their phone.
