Chipotle is a go to place for our family when we want something we can be sure is gluten free. Although it seems small the selection is perfect. You don't get distracted by too many menu choices.My daughter, who has celiac, really loves the rice so we just get her a massive amount of that. The rest of us, depends on the day and mood. I can honestly say, though, I've only been disappointed that I've never had enough room in my stomach to eat it all!

Consistently forget items when ordering on the app. Now I have to make my kid something to eat. They don’t answer the phone. Last time this happened the manager was very rude and told me I could drive down to get the missing food.To make things worse the food is cold, chips are greasy and inedible.I love chipotle but this location is consistently awful.I’d love to talk to someone but the phone says they’re closed,.. it’s 8:35pm.Please get new management. This order was expensive. For $53, they should be be able to track two burritos and two kids meals. It’s literally on the receipt if you need a cheat sheet. Unacceptable.

Genuinely love Chipotle but this location has something goin on cause we always walk away with bland tasting bowls and messed up orders while we order in store..??It sucks that this is location is close to us but we are definitely not going back cause we've had it. The workers also dont give good portions so Im always asking for "a little more" of my protein choice or lettuce or something...

Just got a burrito bowl and it was the size of a toddler's portion. Very different from what they normally serve. Picked it up to-go and wasn't able to correct it on site. Not pleased.

If I Could Give This Location 0 Stars I Would. Food Is Usually Good But I Got Nearly Rare Steak. I Spoke To The Old Lady Who Seemed Like She Was The Manager And Told Her About My Concern. She Told Me That “That’s How The Meat Is Supposed To Look Like” With An Attitude. My Two Friends Also Ordered Steak Burritos But Non Of Them Had “Pink” Steak Like Mine That’s Shown In The Picture. Never Coming To This Location Again (:

I'm not exaggerating. I sat here waiting for 40 minutes past my pickup time for two burritos. I could have gone grocery shopping and made one from scratch more quickly. Unreal. No communication with guests about the wait times. The burritos were tiny too. Just close your store over offering that kind of poor service, at a minimum tell guests you're 40 minutes behind.

It was good, but I think the burrito portion is larger.

I have been to this location twice in the last week and both times have been rather dissatisfied. The first online order they messed up entirely and the second was a burrito with five pieces of steak and the rest was crammed with rice. It’s a longer drive for me, but I’ll start going to the one in Murray.

There’s always an issue happening at this location. Today they’re only accepting online orders… in the past it’s been we are out of rice or out of this meat or the grill is down we can’t do that right now.Doesn’t seem like they care about their service here…

Usually good. I recommend ordering in person. If it's not made right in front of you they tend to skimp on ingredients.
