Chic Fila oh soooooo good. Had a suit at the window giving me my order. Management? Not sure but I liked it. I am always impressed with the way chic fila treats their customers, makes them stand apart from the rest and keeps me coming back. Keep up the great work!
This chick fil a is trash. I decided to try it again after about a year and they proved me right to stay away. The service was great but the quality of food is embarrassing.
Always have a good experience here; very quick to get food out to you and easy to order. I love the classic chicken nuggets. They should have the chocolate peppermint shake all year round-it was delicious!! Kinda wish though that the classic chicken sandwich bun isn’t as flat as it is.
Single lane drive thru does not operate well, got stuck trying to leave for a solid ten minutes. Thought my last visit was a fluke, but this visit same problem. Last visit no sauces in my bag. This visit my deluxe sandwich came in a foil bag and my lettuce was so soggy I had to remove it. Whatever has changed there in the last few weeks definitely needs to be undone.
10/10 Customer Service!! I online ordered lunch for my office about $50 and picked up during a busy Friday lunchtime. Once back to office we realized we were missing a sandwich. I called restaurant to see if they could maybe email a coupon for the meal.. answered the call right away and super friendly. They insisted on delivering a new sandwich instead! food was at my office with a few extra treats within 10 minutes. The owner of this location should be super proud of their team and management.
I love Chick-fil-A! I like bringing the kids here. Fast service and always with a smile. They always give me all the sauce I want and that's what keeps me coming back!!
Worst experience I've ever had at a Chick-fil-A, I ordered two southwest salads with nuggets and two medium drinks one sweet tea and one lemonade. My salads came with the regular chicken fillet instead of the nuggets, they also forgot my dressing, and gave me an unsweetened tea instead of my sweet tea. Amateur hour at this location, far better to take the extra drive and go to the one in Jordan landing.
Employees are friendly and store is squeaky clean. Drive thru is faster than most other Chick-fil-A's. They will make sure your taken care of and if they make a mistake they make amends .
I went to this Chick-fil-a a couple of days ago, and I was very surprised about the service. There was this kind young man who helped me with my order. His name was Austin. He was busy doing something but he decided that helping me was more important. He brought me my food almost 2 minutes after I ordered and made sure If I wanted a refill on my drink. I honestly think he deserves a promotion. If a CFA manager is reading this please give him a raise or promotion. Love this place!!!
Another perfect Chick-fil-A experience. Oh my goodness, that was delicious. Great staff as usual.
