I was served a market salad with moldy strawberries and really old looking lettuce.I used curbside pickup (which was great), unfortunately, I didn't look at the state of my salad until I got home.
CFA is always a winner and this location is no different. Grab some CFA sauce if you haven't had it before.The staff is very friendly- I would recommend ordering curbside pickup from here- all you have to do is drive into the city creek parking garage and they'll bring out your food in a few minutes. Perfect for grabbing something fast without having to get out of the car.
I waited 3 YEARS for this! I haven't had the opportunity to travel down south for the last 3 years (eff you covid), so I was eager and ready for my fix of Chick-Fil-A.While the service is what I've come to expect from CFA, sadly the sandwich wasn't as good as I remembered. How can something freshly made, eaten not even 3 minutes after.. fall apart? Was it the vision impaired employee who built the sandwich? Or was it the chicken to the right, bread to the left and everything else just find space.. game?So my 3 stars is based on the service and SACUCES.. still got that condiment game STRONG! The bread was soggy, accompanying vegetables wilted.. however the "chicken" was still excellent.Not in a rush to get another fix!
So it’s a Chick-fil-A in an indoor mall, with food court curbside parking. You’ll go into the parking garage and see the spots right by the food court doors. Excellent service as always.
Very helpful. I have allergies and they where quick to make sure what I was ordering was safe for me!
I wandered into the food court at city creek center in the morning and this place was open for breakfast. Saw the breakfast items and then asked if I could order chicken strips even though it was not under the breakfast section the rep just said it will take a little longer to prepare so I went with the meal. Didn’t seem like the wait was that long for the food.
Great employees... For years now the service the employees provide is stellar! Melinda remembers details fabulously (who remembers how you like fries? I was shocked) Theresa is always kind and welcoming - I wait in line to go to her! And Nick is always professional and ensures the food is served to customer's preference. Truly a great place for lunch!
Poor execution. I ordered curbside pick up through the app, there weren’t any open stalls so I had to join the drive-thru line which was fine except I had to wait for 25 minutes while I watched cars behind me leave. They kept asking if I was a doordash order, it seemed that they were prioritizing those over curbside?? Either way next time I know not to try this failed function.
While I love a good chic fil a meal, I’ve been now twice to this location and both times waited over 40 minutes in the drive through to get cold food. While I understand that the drive through is make shift and a little unconventional, if it is going to take that long it seems like something that shouldn’t be offered.
Very well systemized and delicious. It's Chick-fil-A after all. I still thinks it's dumb...or at least annoying that they aren't open on Sundays though.
