Wow! Unique restaurant with dishes I've never seen before. Waitress (Carlile) was super knowledgeable and helpful. This restaurant doesn't fall into categories. Eclectic, original, creative, and delicious. This place could be in LA, Paris, or Barcelona. If you like Cheese Factory or any brand restaurant, stay away. The one-star reviews are so funny. They should have gone to Chucky Cheese.Let your waiter make recommendations. Share the dishes. Spend time here. Definitely will return when I visit Salt Lake City again.

Bipolar -Is it family style or fine dining? The prices and sizes reflect an upscale goal. Bringing out small portions randomly and calling it family style doesn't make sense. Tables are dressed for dining dining, servers are dressed from goodwill.Food was fine, just the concept here makes no sense. Might be worth take out if you don't mind the pricing.

I was super excited to try this place, but I guess we went at a bad time. There were several menu items that were totally sold out because they had a large party the previous night, so obviously the best items were unavailable. The 2 star rating is based on taste though. We ordered 3 appetizers, the cauliflower, oysters, and pork belly. Both the cauliflower and pork belly were just insanely sour without much of a flavor balance of other things. They tasted a lot better with piles of salt. The pork belly was the best of all 3 though, I think those who like Buffalo sauce would enjoy it. Sadly, that is a flavor I don't love. The oysters.. they were cooked and they didn't separate them from the shell, lol. So as I was trying to cut it out with a fork, it popped off with all the other toppings right onto the counter. I thought it was normal to separate oyster from the shell? Maybe that's only raw oysters, I'm not sure. As far as flavor, it just tasted like a cooked oyster. There really wasn't a wow factor for any of the dishes we ordered.I honestly probably won't go back to try other things, unless I'm in the area and have no other place to go..The server was awesome though, we didn't have any problems with service.UPDATE:The business owner reach out to apologize and get more information about the afternoon we visited. I wish there were more businesses like this! I would consider giving this place another shot, as it shows they are making efforts to improve!

Excellent food and drinks. We had a party of 10 and every dish was heartily eaten and enjoyed. I asked the bartender to make me something different and it was amazing! The only drawback was the noise level. It was difficult to hear someone on the other side of the table. Other than that, DELICIOUS!

OK place to dine if you are visiting downtown SLC. The restaurant is open and can get VERY loud and noisy. Service was good and the menu OK, nothing stands out. We had a couple of appetizers for dinner

Great experience! Indy was a very attentive waiter. Exec Chef hooked me up with a to-die-for veggie risotto and the GM was super friendly. Yummy food!!!!!! Go check this place out!

After two days of driving, this was our first meal in Salt Lake City, and we’re glad it was! The food is delicious and the service is exceptional. The owner, Tommy, greeted every table, and he genuinely cared about our experience. Highly recommended!

This restaurant may have a buzz, but the food and delivery needs improvement. We ordered 3 dishes, the cauliflower, gyro tacos and the tempura green beans. The cauliflower arrived first, tasted nice, wasn’t a wow. 7 minutes later the gyro’s turned up, they were over seasoned and tasted salty and too much oregano. The feta tzatziki was tasty, but the tacos left a lot to be desired. 10 minutes after we finished the tacos, the tempura green beans turned up. They were limp and greasy, so we sent them back.I understand the concept of shared dining, and plates turning up when they’re ready, but waiting 17 minutes between the first and the last, and then having to send it back… it’s not great.Focus on delivering the food in a tighter window so we get to combine the plates. The open kitchen is interesting to see, but there’s a lot of showmanship and not enough focus on quality and timing.

Nice/modern looking place. Full bar (fyi) and we had good service at the bar. The cauliflower and the beets were good, light and nice for sharing. The shrimp and the pork belly were my favorites, the pork belly was very flavorful and the right amount of crispy. The sauce that came with the shrimp was yummy, the shrimp are fried so you know those taste good… I had (from the brunch menu) the drink with prosecco, it was refreshing it reminded me of an aperol spritz.

Great space, vibey decor, great service. The food, unfortunately, was hit or miss. Loved everything the server recommended, which were the chicken skins, shrimp, and meat loaf, all excellent. The pork belly was dry, short rib steak was so poorly cooked and inedible, oxtail risotto was not only bland and unexciting, but also a super small portion for the price. The brownie for dessert was ice cold and hard, we literally needed a knife to cut it. There are a lot of tweaks that could be made to make this restaurant excellent, but unfortunately it just isn't there yet.
