The food quality is superb!

Wow, that was great. I loved the ambiance that was felt when walking inside. I was all like this is super Italian, my kinda restaurant. I came here on a hot date, scored. Thanks Carmines! I like the cheese options in my pasta, very good. Also the mussels were so delicious. Norah liked the gnocchi. Very good job. Hats off to Diego for stellar service and conversation. Laura was really cool too. Such a great situation all around. I'm psyched, Norah is psyched and the hours are so accommodating. Like Arnold says, we will be back.

This was my first time at Carmine's and I was impressed. The staff was knowledgeable and kind. The ambiance was upscale, but welcoming. My only complaint about the whole meal was the bread. I was hoping for Italian, but it was unfortunately soft and served with rock hard butter. My partner had the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. The pasta was amazing. The chicken was tender and juicy, but plain and served on the side. I had the gnocchi with cheese sauce. The sauce was delicious and very cheesy. The gnocchi was cooked perfectly tender. We both agree we will be back!

After seeing the 4.5 average rating, we were excited to try this restaurant for Valentine's Day. However, everything was lacking, especially given how much we paid for our meal. The decor is extremely dated and literally falling apart. The bread tasted cheap and stale. The ravioli and lasagna we ordered were mediocre at best. My lasagna was cold, and even after asking for it to be heated, it was only lukewarm. The staff all seemed very uncomfortable and awkward. I can't ever remember being so disappointed by an eating establishment. When you pay $57 for two ala carte entrees, you should be able to expect more from the ambiance, taste, and service. I wish we had scrolled down to see all the 1 and 2 star ratings...they are the accurate ones. I actually feel like we were robbed.

Wow!! This place was so yummy. The mushroom ravioli was very rich and flavorful. Our server Soco was very sweet and attentive. I love the atmosphere inside with the Christmas lights on the patio. Looking forward to coming back next time I'm in Utah!

Lovely food and great service. Beautiful interior and atmosphere as well. I'm excited to return. :-)

Listen up.These people do it right! Holiday hours? Correct! Updated!!! Service fast as I want them to be pizzas ? pastas so far ? god the takeout is so fast. Good vibes from the employees as well.

Seriously love this place. So glad to find it. It's run by actual itlians, not posers like many Italian restaurants. The pizza I ordered was soo good. Reminded me of the type I had in brindisi in August this year. I shared this wuth my husband that is Italian and in Italy right now. He said the pizza looked amazing and people from Naples make the best. My husband is from venice and we live in Padua. He always apologized that the pizza in Venice is not very good because they can't use wood fire to cook it there for safety. He's excited to come to the usa with me next year and wants to eat here. Because rumors are known in Italy that most Italian food in the usa is not good. I'm happy he can find good Italian food here. I shouldn't have made him try sushi, dumplings, and Asian noodles in venice and brindisi lol. Though he liked the American BBQ in brindisi. Now he's so so happy to have real pizza in the usa.Btw to those complaining actually go to Italy. The real food is a lot different than domino's pizza or olive garden. I know many Americans don't know this. But if you eat here you'll have authentic food.

Ordered two pizzas. One had no sauce and the other was only sauce. When we called to see what was going on we were told their margarita pizza doesn’t come with cheese, only the piece in the middle. Then the manager told us that if we wanted red sauce on the other pizza we should have ordered a margarita pizza because that’s the one with sauce and cheese. Lol. Not sure if they know what’s going on over there. Never had a pizza come without cheese. Or without sauce.Food is over priced for what you get and the manager was rude.
