I ordered the lunch sweet and sour chicken online. Got a message when it was ready. I ordered spring roll, and I didn’t know it came with 2 which is awesome. They were very flavorful and I would rank it very high for that. Ham fried rice was just what you would think good ham fried rice is. The sweet and sour sauce is probably the best sweet and sour sauce I’ve ever had. Full of flavor and not watered down like other places. The chicken was nice and fried really good. I recommend this place if you are looking for some good food that will satisfy you.
This place is so amazing. The food is always fresh and tastes great. They always get the order right down to little requests and the correct spice level. They pay attention to every requested detail. The delivery staff is caring and courteous. The price is just right. Occasionally we try other Chinese food places just for variety, but they never compare. Canton Village is the very best in all of Salt Lake City, hands down.
Delivery was prompt, food was nice and hot. I ordered the general tso chicken, chicken fried rice, beef and broccoli lo mein and wonton soup. The beef and chicken in all the dishes were the highest of quality. The lo mein noodles and rice were nicely seasoned. Everything was excellent, especially my wonton soup. only ordered a pint, but wish i had a quart. Not only did it have tasty dumplings, but it was loaded with fresh vegs too.
Ordered food and the delivery was 2+ hours. All our food was delivered cold. Food was missing and the egg drop soup was like gelatin. It was inedible. The food was greasy and oversalted. Waste of calories. Will not be ordering again.
I remember when I was young, and my grandma would order from Canton Village for us. It was usually my favorite take out option. Now as an adult, Canton is a go-to for my family when it comes to Chinese food. Never change!!
I have not ordered from this restaurant in about 3 years! It has improved by leap’s and bounds! Some of the best food that I have had in a while!! Everything was very fresh, not greasy!! Just have to say it’s excellent!! The Mushroom Egg Foo Yung!! Yummy!! Yummy!!
We got take out and our food was ready when I arrived at my sch'd pickup time. The service was great and the food was great! We had fried shrimp, pork lo mein, egg drop soup, egg rolls, and S &S chicken. It was affordable for our family of four. We will definitely be back!
Very mediocre. Ordered pickup and the General Tsos tasted like it had been sitting for a while. Appetizer platter was not good. It wasn’t the worst Chinese I’ve had, but I wouldn’t order again. For one of the most expensive Chinese places in the area, I expected the quality to be much better. Disappointed that I wasted a cheat meal on this.
Ordered Kung Pao Tofu. The portion size was quite good. I really liked this dish. It was spicy just enough and the sauce was one of the best i tried here in Salt Lake. Love it. To my surprise instead of peanuts they used cashews!1 Never had before Kung pao with cashews but cannot complain. I like it. Will be back for more.
This place has stepped up their game. I almost gave up on them in the past. However the last few times we've ordered the food tasted great. It was fresh and delivery was fast.Whatever they changed has made all the difference.
