I spent $30 on lunch for myself today and still was hungry. $9 for a sandwich that was worth about $3.50 and the salad? What happened to the big bowls of salad they use to give you? Last time I was here the salad was big enough for 2 people now it's not even enough for 1
This place is clean and bright. The food choices are healthy and fresh. The salads and dessert we had were excellent, one regret though, the chicken noodle soup was so so salty that it was inedible, Management really need to look into this.
Got here at 8:45pm, by 9:02pm I was still explaining the cashier for the 5th time what my order was.After taking my payment the same cashier tells me: "you have 9 minutes to eat".Perhaps the owner doesn't want to pay over time, especially caused by people lingering longer; however, low IQ + poorly trained employees + rude manners is not a good combination for a restaurant.From business owner to business: Please filter your employees better; these ones may drive your business to the ground.
The best BBQ pulled pork sandwich I've ever had, the sauce they put on it is heavenly, some of the best chicken noodle soup I've had, broth in the soup was amazing, it's a little pricey but I'd pay the price again for that food.
We ordered takeout online. That was a mistake. They didn’t include all the ingredients in the salad we ordered. They know they’ve got you, because once you get home you’re not going to turn around and return it like you would in the store. Tried calling and almost impossible to get through, but when I did the employee who answered acted surprised that an ingredient was missing. That employee couldn’t help and said I needed to talk with the supervisor and he put me on hold. After over 6 min on hold he said the supervisor was busy and that he’d call me back in 5 minutes, 3 days later and no call. Tried contacting their customer service via their website, no response. Why would I ever eat there again or recommend this establishment when their customer service is SO BAD!
You can't really go wrong here. My favorite soup is a combo of Wisconsin cauliflower and tomato basil. The "pick 2" combo is perfect: two items of your choosing with slightly smaller portions, making a perfect meal.
Delicious and worth every penny! I love the extra bread and chocolate covered strawberry added to each meal, so good! And the teas and infusion waters are so fun to try and mix to make the best drink!
I always have good experience with the Zuppa employees, they are great. The food is always great and fast.However, I get disgusted going there because I have to see the bald authoritarian man booting cars and treating people poorly. Encourage the parking lot owners to find more ethical means of enforcing parking rules
