In this photo, my girlfriend bought me lunch from Zupas and in the sandwich was a piece of glove, from the looks of it, it looks like a tip, so someone should have noticed that they were missing a piece of their glove. My girlfriend damn near choked on it! I love zupas but this will be the last time I go to this location! 2 stars cause I work in the food industry and I take this seriously!Edit: Called the store spoke with the manager Rylee and Crystal super friendly seemed very concerned about the situation and they helped bring a solution to the problem. Rylee said that she’ll check everything that goes with the Pesto chicken. That’s all I could ask for. Also it was noted that they don’t use this type of glove so they’re unsure of how this type of glove got into the food. Hope they figure it out so this don’t happen again.

First time ordering and I ordered a kids combo, a sandwich for my husband and a half cup of soup for me. Not a big order but they messed it up. I ordered the tomato basil PASTA soup and was really looking forward to the noodles. No noodles in the soup. Since the sandwich and soup were ordered separately and not as a combo, we were expecting a strawberry with each. Unfortunately they treated it like the combo so just the one strawberry. Not a big deal except there’s a $1 difference between what I ordered and the combo that accounts for the strawberry.Really disappointing first time ordering here and will not be ordering here again.

Normally love Zupas, but unfortunately something was off at this location on quality today. Maybe understaffed and mostly new employees? I could tell the staff was overwhelmed and doing their best, so I hope they can get the help needed in order to maintain quality!Mine and my child’s Wisconsin cauliflower tasted over cooked or poorly seasoned and was a little clumpy and cold instead of creamy and warm. We could only stomach 1-2 bites, tried to add salt, still couldn’t eat it. My child said the fruit tasted bad and wouldn’t finish it. None of the fresh juices were very full and the whole drink area had a big mess. We got our food to go and took it home, it wasn’t worth my drive to go all the way back. I will be more mindful of quality going forward at all Zupas, and I hope the team here will, as well as all locations. I probably won’t come back to this location or to any Zupas a while. Bummer my kid and I couldn’t eat most of our meals due to things tasting off.

We order from this location very frequently, we do curbside for a reason, number 1 because YOU offer it, number 2 because I don't want to dragg kids in. EVERY single time we hit "we are here " so we can have them bring it out on the app , they take 20-30 minutes. Today my husband waited 30 minutes. We called and called and nobody answered the phone. Finally he was able to get someone to answer and they came out. This is horrible, our food is soggy and cold when they they do this. Fix this! This is not right. If you cant meet the demand for orders, take the option of curbside off your app. You were not even busy. Next time this happens ,I will dispute the charges. Your reviews are all of the same thing but all you do is apologize and do nothing to fix it.

Solidly reliable for a quick lunch that feels fresh and is definitely yums. Also is super quick and although there's a few of them in town, it doesn't feel like a chain. Lately, I've enjoyed the chicken wild rice soup, really satisfying.

I asked for gluten free. I made all the staff aware I have a severe gluten allergy. I got the thai steak salad with vinaigrette so it should have been fine and they said the tomato basil was gluten free, so okay. But when I got home, I find they put a bread roll with my soup and tortilla strips in my salad, so all my food was contaminated with gluten product even though I told all the staff behind the counter about my allergy.

Great food! Tasted amazing. Was made very quickly. Our order was stolen but they replaced it.Everything was very tasty and I look forward to eating here again.

Food is good. Service is super slow. I did the app order online for curbside @ 2 PM and got there at 2:20 and waited 40 minutes as I watched the people in line go in and get their food and come out. I called and they had not even looked at my curbside order yet. Left my car and stood in line for another 15 minutes and got my food. A staff member told me it was the opposite yesterday where they prioritized the curbside and the people in line complained. My advice would be to order curbside and immediately get in line and see which is faster.

Literally jsut bought all of the ingredients to my make own salad and wanted to purchase a couple 4 oz dressings from you guys and you wouldn't sell it to me! Like I was gonna pay whatever! So lame...I've ate there a ton before and as good as it is it is really overpriced with how they count a couple berries and do a half of a tablespoon of ingredients for salads. Customer lost

Riley was awesome! She made a point to engage with us about our day and shared a laugh with us about our shard loved of caffeine and kept it from just being a standard transaction at the register. I feel like this has become a neighborhood spot rather than just a chain restaurant. Very warm and inviting.
