I don't know if they've changed their sweet pork recipe or not but the last two salads I've had we're just not as good as they used to be.
My salad would have tasted better if the chef had drained the juice from the beans and pork. It made it a soupy mess with a soggy tortilla. I'll go back to Cafe Rio, but not this one.
Every time I come in the staff is always really energetic \\u0026 kind. I came in today to pick up a door dash \\u0026 because they were behind they offered me a drink, much better experience than anywhere else I pick up from!
This was the worst cafe Rio experience I have EVER had. I made a pick up order and waited in line for over 15 minutes after my order said it would be ready. I watched a worker drop 3 different meals into the trash and showed ZERO urgency to hurry and get someone to make a new one. There was zero urgency in general. The service was terrible and there were at least 10-15 people waiting to get their food after their expected time frame. There was 5+ people working the line and food was still talking wayyyy too long. Absolutely terrible experience
Food is good. Service was aweful. The man helping us had very poor english and got upset when I asked for clarification. Very disrespectful with putting his head down like can you please hurry. Told the manager how bad the experience was.
This is the worst location. Ask anyone. I was warned but thought “how bad could it be”. Well, I showed up to pick up my to go order at the promised time and they said it wasn’t ready but would call the name when it was ready. I spent another 45 minutes waiting and finally asked them again and someone pulled it off the shelf and it had been sitting there for 40 of those 45 minutes(I kept wondering if it was mine). Never called my name. The food was cold and soggy and nasty. And when I finally did get home they had forgotten all of our salad dressings with the meal. I’ll never go back to this location.
usually always had good food here, but last time their steak burrito gave me food poisoning. never again
I usually give Cafe Rio good reviews but this time was different because apparently they are under new management and he was screaming that whole time i was there I made my head hurt like gosh he was also yelling at the employees I et bad for them I give it on for those workers and only one bc of the horrible manager
I only give it one because the food was good and the worker the reason I only give it one is because they are under a new management and the manager was so mean to me and disrespectful and rude and ion think I will go there again because of how rude he was and just so you know I’m not a Karen the worker there were all very kind except the manager very rude
This was really good. Kind of flows like Chipotle, but I thought the food was much better. Their pulled pork is delicious!
