Went out for breakfast (got the eggs, toast, and bacon). The food was good, but ended up sitting sort of weird. The servers were all nice and friendly. From what I'm seeing, it's a great place for lunch, and I would definitely try it again.

Plenty of healthy, filling options for brunch! I had the mushroom scramble and the person I was with had the corned beef hash, both were delicious without being too heavy. My only regret is my finite stomach space as there were a few more things I would've loved to try on the menu. It felt evident that care had been put into the dishes and their execution. We had an appointment that we had to meet about an hour after we sat down, we told our waiter this and he was excellent about accommodating us. We had our food within 10 minutes and I could see him moving as quick as he could. I'm incredibly grateful to have had accommodating staff like that.I will absolutely be returning the next time I'm in Salt Lake City.

I went for Saturday brunch with some friends per the recommendation of a well known foodie in the area. It looked like it would be delicious, however, that was not the case. Most of us got the recommended dish, the Niche Breakfast, with hash browns and avocados. Nothing was seasoned. The hash browns were a pile of mushy potatoes. On top of that, we were told the wait would be 40 minutes, but we ended up waiting for over an hour to be seated. After we had ordered, and before the food had even made it to the table, our server asked if we were ready for the check. We seemed to have been forgotten about. We all agreed that it wasn’t super worth the wait.

Fabulous Waygu hamburger. Limited menu

Corned Beef Hash was delicious. The best hashbrowns I’ve had! They were crispy, not oily, and had that blackened cast iron flavor (same as if you were camping). It was served with a citrusy sorta aioli that went well with the local corn beef. Egg cooked a little under for a medium, but still yummy.Couldn’t give it a five star because I was hoping the server could tell me more about how they locally sourced their food. Food:5. Ambiance:5. Service:4

A friend of mine recommended this place since I was looking for breakfast in the area. I was not disappointed. I came in around 11 AM on a Wednesday and was one of maybe 3 parties there. It was pleasantly quiet. I ordered a breakfast plate with all the basics, but done really well. I especially enjoyed the french bread looking toast and fresh fruit. The staff were very nice and I got my food after what felt like only 5 minutes of waiting. Lovely little cafe.

We went in for brunch and had a very long wait time. Coffee was good but very less quantity do you might end up ordering again. Food was good, nothing extraordinary. Table was not wiped down clean. Server was kind. Bathroom had a huge pile of open trash.

Average food, nice ambiance.I had the cafe niche breakfast for brunch. The hash brown was a little cold, the scrambled egg had some weird smell/taste (I couldn't pin it down, but it was probably related to the milk), and I didn't like the taste and flavor of the sausage. The drip coffee was nice, but too acidic for my taste. The interior and ambiance was nice, the service was okay.
