Food is good, that’s why I ordered again. But they forgot multiple things. I have no dipping sauce. I was supposed to get 4 ranches and a southwest ranch. I’m also missing the Doritos for the special wings (which cost extra). If I pick up food from this location it’s solid but communication or just lack of effort unfolds when I ordered delivery.Delivery also added $15 extra dollars! Not worth it. I normally pick up food from here but I had a long day and wanted food to be delivered today so I sucked up the extra cost.I’m just not happy with my order today, and when I pay over $50 to be disappointed then we really shouldn’t support it. Go to Trolly Wing Co. It’s close by and they have better wings and better service.
I have been three times and this restaurant has the worst service I have ever seen. You will wait 15+ minutes before you even see a host to be seated. All orders are made from your phone, which removes any sense of responsibility from the employees. You will wait 30 minutes to be served drinks which taste like dirty tap lines. Nobody busses the tables, so the ambiance consists of looking at half eaten wings while you sit there hungry and thirsty. Food is good, but last night it took 90 minutes. Furthermore we did not get silverware despite asking our server three times. Stay away.
We had Lexi as our server & they were nice. The food SUCKED. There was a group of 4 of us. Two of us got our wings & they both were cold and barely covered with sauce. Then one other persons wings came out (after waiting forever) and then Lexi came to check on us & realized one of us hadn’t had their gotten their food so they went back and grabbed it. The person waiting for the food had ordered a wedge salad. It came out w limp rotten lettuce and was not a ‘wedge’ of lettuce. Please retrain your cooks!!
Really really bad customer service. I put an order to be picked up at 8pm. The order was not ready until 8:50 pm. I had my little girl in the car, there was not parking. It was a complete mess. On top of that, we got to open the bag and more surprises. I only got 2 drums out of 20 wings. The fries were dry and old. No enough sauces. I am very dissatisfied and I need a refund. I paid 35 bucks for something we did not like at all. Worse experience ever.
I’m not one to leave bad reviews, I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but yikes.The new order online thing sucksssss. Got here to a nearly empty house, and it took 35 minutes to get our food…. And it was cold. The pay and tip before the meal thing doesn’t make sense, and it’s disappointing to tip first, and then get bad service. I hope if the online ordering is due to Covid, it returns to normal soon. No bueno
This place can’t seem to get it together. They are always really late on takeout orders. I don’t recommend this place for their slow snail like service, and they never seem to have enough people to actually acknowledge you and help you. You will wait an hour for 10 wings and some potato wedges. Why it takes an hour to make 10 wings is ridiculous and unacceptable. Worst place to get wings. Literally any other place is better than this non functional joke of a business. Go to 7-11 and ask them to make you a fresh order of wings. It will take literally 5 minutes, not an hour. Plus they are good and cost way less. All you have to do is put the wings and potato wedges in the fryer, and then take them out. So easy. Why does that take an hour? It’s not rocket science, but at BWW it seems like it is too difficult for them.
Always fantastic service Sofia the waitress is very intensive and on top of everything I will definitely be coming back more often as I have been doing now
I've only had negative experiences at this location. Last time I tried ordering a pick up months ago, not a single worker in sight, line out the door. I was on lunch and had to go, without my food. No phone pick up from the restaurant for over an hour with calls every few minutes. Finally, weeks later (I'm a busy person) I got ahold of someone who said he'd process a refund which never came. They took my money, didn't give me food, and never refunded or made it right. I know the restaurant chain themselves are good, but this location needs to be shut down. It's a horrible location and the manger doesn't care to improve the standards or make things right. I'll never choose this location again.
Great food and service but severely short staffed as you might expect during a pandemic.
We just had a baby that day and my husband rushed to try to get some BWW before they closed. They had just shut the doors... but the manager Lee was amazing and still let him in and even paid for our meals to congratulate us! Highly recommend this place!
