We had a few small groups (12 people in total) try and make a reservation and did by calling the restaurant and booking through Open Table. When we got to the restaurant at 5:30 on a Wednesday night they said they had 2 large 100 person groups coming in and couldn't help us. We stood in the lobby for at least 5 minutes before somebody came and told us. They said open table overbooks them all the time. There was nobody in the dining room. Something was going on and it was probably better we didn't stick around. I wouldn't be surprised if they close shortly. Very weird!

The food and the service was totally awesome the server came back several times to make sure I was happy and then brought me some complimentary cannolis no complaints here five stars

Billy and Karina were amazing! 10/10 recommend the garlic bread with cheese. Spaghetti was great! Highly recommend! Empty plates, full belly.

I had a group of 40 people booked for dinner. The room was so hot many left early. We were told the A/C was broken. Other areas were quite cool but not our room. The food was nominal but not good. The server was stressed to the max. This was a bad experience for the whole team

We were a party of 17 so we definitely made a reservation ahead of time. The restaurant is very large and the nice thing was we did not feel crowded at all.Interesting and kitschy decor. Our server, unfortunately I do not remember his name, was excellent. I have to say the customer service we received from the hostess to the server was phenomenal.I was not disappointed in the food and thought that it was good, but not great. I live in Montreal, and that city knows Italian food so I am not a good judge of Italian food as I am very spoiled that way. However, everyone I was with (all from Utah) enjoyed the food. This restaurant is family style so you order dishes and share. We started with two large salads, the Apple gorgonzola (excellent), and the Caesar (good). Along with a large order of garlic bread (okay). For the main course we ordered the chicken parmesan (adequate), the chicken limone (good) , the baked rigatoni (good), the cheese manicotti (did not have any), and the brussel sprouts and prosciutto (excellent). The quantities were quite generous. For dessert we had the tiramisu (very good). The prices were a little bit on the high side, but reasonable. 17 of us were absolutely stuffed and we split the bill evenly with each paying $24 including the tip. Included into this price were several cokes, a glass of house wine, and a pitcher of sangria. It was a very enjoyable evening.

We were visiting from out of state and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Our server Caitlin was so helpful and nice. The manager was AWESOME! I didn’t catch his name unfortunately but he checked on us a few times as well. We travel to Utah once every year or two and this will always be a place we eat when we come!

We were in SLC last Monday night with a party of 15 and no reservations. Not an enviable position to be in. Luckily we stumbled upon this place. They were able to immediately accommodate us (place is huge). Extremely interesting and delightfully tacky and eclectic decor throughout. Did not realize this was a chain but who cares it was super cool! We ordered spaghetti with meatballs (which were the size of baseballs!), the Lasagna dish, and a pepperoni and a spicy meat pizza. All of it was delicious (served family style). We had so much fun here. They were short staffed just like every other restaurant is, but the server so was so sweet (it was her 3rd day) and tried so hard to please everybody. And the manager was so nice and accommodating and even gave us a private tour of the restaurant (there is a lot to see here folks!). We will definitely go back next time we are in Salt Lake City!

My first time ever eating at this restaurant! The food was delicious. We had a wonderful and kind waiter named Craig. Kyle, the manager, came by to see how we were doing. I was impressed by the decor, food and staff! FABULOUS!

Easter & a 50th birthday

Food was delicious!! Wyatt, our waiter, was phenomenal. He always checked on our table in a pleasing timely matter and even grabbed the mozzarella bread and brought it out fresh himself. We loved the food & service.
