Definitely not what I expected. Atmosphere is ok at best. Wings? Freezer burned taste and dry. Bartender was going off shift and one of my biggest pet peeves is the "hey you mind cashing out I'm about to punch out" there is nothing more that makes me feel like I'm not wanted than asking for me to pay my tab while I'm still eating.
There was no cocktail menu and I said surprise me on the drink and my friend ordered a Bloody Mary. The Bloody Mary was above and beyond and the drink Selah gave me was fantastic. Honestly, Selah provided the best service I have had in a long time and was so attentive to his tables. 12/10 experience
Horrible experience. Went on a date night with my husband. After 5 minites no one came to our table to take our order. After I walked to the bar to place our drink order our waitress came over to introduce herself. She never came back. After being there for another 15 minutes all 5 waitresses and 1 waiter all left out the back door for 5 minutes. When they finally came back in our waitress walked past us and still didn't ask if we needed anything. I again went to the bar to get refills and again the waitress came by. We have been to different locations and have not had this bad of an experience. We definitely will not be coming back here.
Love this place at the Gateway. They have fantastic fihs tacos and fish and chips.
My boyfriend and I went here the other day and it was super packed, but the staff were still very attentive, food was able to get out as soon as they could despite how busy it was. The food was delicious and warm. They also had very visible signage when they were at capacity, which was super helpful.
Came here today and had such a great experience. Gavin was our bartender and he was super attentive and just all round fantastic. Me and my partner mentioned we were headed to a concert tonight and he put on some of the artists songs which was super cool of him. Also looked like he was training someone on top of it. Probably coming back here again later tonight, love this place so muchPS one of the best Monte cristos I’ve had in a long whileTHANK YOU
Been to this location a couple times now and every time my experience just gets better and glad I get Selah as my server/bartender. If your ever in the area come in and ask for him I promise you won’t be disappointed!! Thank you Selah for a great experience every time.
This is my go to place when I’m in the downtown area. I love the vibe, the food, and most importantly.. the employees, especially Selah. He is always so welcoming, attentive, and friendly. I have gone in sporadically and he somehow remembered me each time I walked in and always greeted me. 10/10 would recommend if you’re wanting to have a few drinks & good food.
Look up Capacity. It means something different than what your sign meant. Female Employee was the worst Karen ever. Now that I have had a couple days to cool off..... sign said at capacity, 2 people leave we walk in and are instantly berated by employee. She could have just said we are 2 hours behind and not really any where to sit, nope, she walked us out and told me I was rude (I know what at Capacity means). The doors were locked, and she locked them again. Is it common place to lock doors during business hours? Seems like a fire hazard to me.
We love going to this Bout Time location!! The atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly ESPECIALLY Selah!!! He knows what he is doing and what his talking about when it comes to the menu and drinks. You can really tell making the customers happy is his main priority. So do yourself a favor and come to this Bout Time and sit in Selah’s section. I promise you won’t be disappointed. His smile alone will make your day!!!
