Dont order when delivering through slice. My order was charged. Didnt get delivered. And to top it off I had to call three locations to track down who the online website ordered my order through. Then had to argue with a manager that my order was actually placed and wait on hold for 10 minutes til they tracked it down through the slice database.2 to 3 day wait for refund...Worst experience with big daddys so far.
Haven't eaten all day and was so excited to get a pizza, however didn't receive it due to it going to the wrong address and wasted $35. Don't waste your money here, they send pizzas to the wrong address so you'll never receive it and waste money. I called them after they stated they delivered it and they did nothing but say I should drive 40 minutes to the wrong address to get my own pizza that's now cold. Never buying from Big Daddies again. Thanks for the experience. Sticking with Dominos.
Just a regular local pizza joint.It's good for cheap local pizza, better than pizza hut or dominos, anyway.The ribs and pizza and sticks are good enough, they're open late and deliver.Do not order the jalapeno poppers, they're good when they're cooked and crispy, but usually, they're hot but pasty and soft, like they came from the microwave instead of the oven.Other than the poppers though, it's pretty good 'zza.
Worst customer service ever called and ordered pizza and called back to add to the order was told by the guy that answered the phone to hold on cause he needs to get orders out was placed on hold for 20 minutes then hung up on! called right back been on hold for another 15 minutes and still no answer and then hung up on again!!!! All we want to do is add food to an existing order this is not complicated you would think its the end of the world to add to an existing order! Wouldn't recommend this place if it was the last place for pizza left absolutely the worst customer service ever. If I could give 0 stars i surely would!!!
0 stars if I could, ordered a salad and Mac and cheese bites. At 10pm, after two hours of waiting I tried to call 3 separate times, hung up on each time. By close at 4am never received it. Charges have been posted for my food. Still no one answers the phone. I guess I will have to dispute it with my bank. I work at front desk to a local hotel and recommend this play probably 3-5 times a day. Will have to stop doing that. I loved this place but will not order from them again if this isn't resolved. They just lost the business of me and several people I would recommend this place to each day. Guess I will use dominos from now on, pizza isn't as good but they do their job....Update, there was a power outage and they did finally answer the phone the next day. if they can find my order they will make it and deliver it, if not they will issue me a refund that will take 5 days to process. understandable issue. updated to 3 stars for effort.
Called about an order I had already placed and was hung up on. I have ordered here for years, it’s decent pizza most of the time but somehow every time there is an issue - from hanging up on me, partially filled orders, and always substantially longer deliver times. This was just the last straw and no longer want to spend a dollar supporting this business.
Paid for my pizza and didn’t even get it delivered. Tried calling multiple times to at least get a refund and they just kept hanging up on me. Do not order pizza from this place. Do not give this place your business. They say they are open till 4 but really they are closed at 11:30.
All the order are decent but that atrocious cheesy garlic bread made me sick just after having two slices . The cheese was definitely very old and rubbery and oh my god the amount of oil you guys put on it. The bread was dripping by oil like legit dripping , it had oil on both sides and even the box was drenched from it . The table I put the box had oil on and also stained my shirt when I was cleaning it , I had to put the box on ground to not stain surfaces and had to mop the floor after. I have serious doubts that any quality control is done for food here .Use better quality of products and please for god sake check the amount of oil you product produce or how much oil your cheese produce . I am not kidding that amount of oil from the garlic bread could sustain the needs of oil consumption for a small family for few days
Alright pizza, just like any other Big Daddy's Pizza. Don't get the garlic bread it's just toasted dough with Very Little parmesan.
They gave me a deal for feeding low income seniors with their huge 26 inch pizzas. Thank you Big Daddy Team! I learned to be careful with those huge pizzas as they slid to one side when I threw them in my front seat.
