We went for the NY experience and loved every bite! We tried the garlic knots first. They were soft and chewy—the marinara is outstanding and if you like blue cheese dressing, don’t skip it. We also got 3-18 inch pies. 2 cheese and one Monte Cristo. It was so good! The cheese pizza was perfectly foldable, the crust was just the right thickness, and it was baked to perfection. The Monte Cristo has a white sauce and seriously, when we go back it will be hard to deviate from these choices. We loved it! We dined in, but there was a lot of carry out action too. It’s a popular spot for a good reason. They have great pizza, and a fun crew. I tried to adopt Sam while we were there. ? Thank you, we’ll be back with more people!
I chose Big Apple because I thought it would be a nice change from some of our regular pizza outings. In addition I wanted to support local. I ordered at 2:30pm on a Saturday to ensure pick up by 5:45pm. It was a relatively large order. When I arrived they didn’t have my order, they couldn’t find my name and/or ticket, and when they finally found it they said they hadn’t put it into their system. They said it would be 30-45 minutes to make the order. This was exactly the reason I’d ordered ahead of time. I declined. I’ve worked in the restaurant business before. I worked in it for years. Specifically pizza. When you mess up, you try to fix it. They didn’t attempt to fix it at all. They didn’t even apologize. Good pizza isn’t worth bad service. Next.
This company was incredible up work with. I would've given them 5* but, the pizza I ordered was incredibly doughy, and even though the flavors were delicious, the pizza was so soft it was inedible. Now, let me explain why I love this company. I called the restaurant after I received my pizza, and the manager was so kind, understanding, and helpful. He refunded my order, and was so nice. I would definitely recommend this store to ANYONE simply based on their great customer service. Thanks again for all your help John. You were just amazing.
It’s been a while since I’ve been but…today the garlic cheese bread was burnt from the bread to the cheese it’s just not as good as it has been.As for the pizza not very good no flavor not even close to what it used to be and what my family grow up with. A funny taste if you willAs for the Customer service, John should very disappointed in his employees that work today., very rude not professional. You don’t for one wear a head phones while you work and if would like you’re customers to wear a mask in the restaurant than ALL ASSOCIATES should be wearing one. Also We shouldn’t be a bother to be helped and look unhappy to help the customer. I didn’t catch the guy name that took or order but he was very unprofessional and acted like he didn’t want to Be working and he looked a bum of the street as well
This place has amazing pizza. We get plenty so we can take home some for left overs. The ranch they have is also tasty AF. Go here and eat pizza.
Wonderful spot and the pizza is incredible. Really flavorful crust and our family enjoys coming here for the warm and inviting atmosphere, friendly and casual servers and always leave happy. We will be back!
Absolutely love the staff! I've grown up in this community and it's always been such a good amd fun place. The staff are easy to talk to and they are hilarious! The spaghetti here is my favorite and their ranch on their salads is incredible!
I’m from the east coast and can say that this pizza is the absolute best! We went on a Saturday around 5. It was a little busy and as expected most restaurants are short staffed. The team was super nice. We were seated right away but there was a little bit of a wait to get our food- nothing extreme, which we didn’t mind and expected. A little kindness goes a long way- these guys are taxed! Can’t wait to go back.
this place was amazing!! great staff and awesome food. i had the chicken broccoli mushroom and swiss calzone!! highly recommend
This place is a gem in the community. The dining room is quaint, comfortable, casual, and clean. This is a great place to meet a friend for lunch or dinner for really delicious food that for a great value. They stay quite busy, so it’s not the place for a quick bite. But this environment is more suitable for staying awhile and enjoying yourself (unless, of course, you called ahead with a to-go order—this seems to be a very popular choice for that). I would recommend Big Apple Pizzeria again and again.
