I placed a takeout order at the register today, I couldn’t believe how expensive it was, at least double what I would have expected. The worst part is that they forgot the kids meal! Also only a tiny amount of fries for “Deluxe.” The food was okay but I would never eat here again, try explaining to a hungry three year old why you didn’t bring them back any food. For this price, I’ll have steak with better service.
We were incredibly disappointed with the staff tonight. We called ahead at 7:25 to make sure they offered gluten free buns, which they did, fantastic! We drove down from a hike, really excited to pig out on some tasty food! When we got there at 7:35, we ordered our burgers and then we were told that due to it being less than 30 minutes to close, we weren't allowed a beer... and THEN told that all of our food orders needed to be "to-go"... what kind of a business model is that?? Who closes at 8pm on a Thursday? In Sugarhouse?? Y'all lost out on 4 dinners cause your cashier was very unwelcoming and basically pushing customers out the door so they could leave at closing.
For a $16 dollar bacon cheeseburger our order was terrible. I ordered mayo, ketchup, and mustard on it plus the works. It came with NO bacon, no onion, a piece of lettuce, a tomato, and some ketchup. I called and asked to speak with the manager and the gal said...no manager here. The manager is only in during the week for a short time in the a.m....guess that's why the food was not good. No leadership and the gal did not care at all when I told her how bad the burger was...she said ok sorry?
The food was pretty good but not nearly good enough to justify the cost in my opinion; almost $24.00 for a burger, tots, and a drink. My burger was also made with the wrong cheese, not that big of a deal and they were friendly about it when I mentioned it and corrected it, but since they just scraped off the blue cheese and tossed on a slice of cheddar, the cheese wasn't melted.For the price, I don't think I'll be returning.
I went because the reviews were good.... I found out the reviews were right!The burger (BBQ bacon...) was very tasty and had plenty of bacon.The tatter tots were good and the onion rings were fantastic.If you want a great burger/meal check this place out.Oh, the staff was super nice too!
Great food, horrible service. I waited 32 minutes to get my to-go order. The fries were hot but the burger was cold. I have to admit the burger was still really good, but I expect more for $13.
5 Stars during Covid. 4 regularly. Young staff was friendly & eager to get things right. Welcome me and my Dire Wolf. Burger was good but $$$. Sweet potato fries were good but not stick style, FYI.
Low quality, bad packaging, incorrect order.We were really excited to try BGR since the reviews are chiefly good and photos look tasty. I mean, burgers are awesome, right? We spent $60; all of our burgers were made incorrectly.They put items I'm allergic to on my burger that I requested excluded, so it's good I checked or I would have ended up in the hospital, not to mention that I didn't get to eat it. The salad dressing wasn't closed correctly, spilled, and permeated our order Irma, making a mess.What a disappointment! Go somewhere else.
Good variety of options. I went with the lamb burger today and it was amazing it was basically a gyro in burger form. The buns have always been great here as well.
Everyone is super friendly and patient with first time guests.The burger was perfect.They have a small selection of local beers.If they crisp up their garlic fries more, they'll get that 5*
