Really nice place, laid back atmosphere. Came for lunch and got a flight and The Rachel sandwich. They make their own sauerkraut and mustards. So good!

The watermelon salad was excellent, but the watermelon is warm, just FYI. I'd pass on the risotto balls. Staff was friendly, but the beers were meh. Really thought this place would be cool, but was disappointed.Review elaboration per owner request: The watermelon salad was our favorite part of our visit. The warm watermelon was surprising, thus the comment, but was a highlight of the dish. We had two flights of a variety of beers, plus the Graf. I prefer a kolsch, wheat, or sour; my partner prefers IPAs. Within those beers, nothing was undrinkable, but in comparison to the other breweries we tried in SLC that day or breweries we've tried across the nation, they lacked in flavor (ie. fruit forward beers were lacking in orange, honey, and raspberry; hazy was a muddled IPA with no flavor). There are no beers styles to suggest as you cover the gamut; you may want to pair it down and focus on improving your most popular beers. We were so surprised that the kolsch was a miss for us since it's rated so highly. In regards to improvement on environment - it was a very quiet Sunday night, however we were never approached on how we were liking the beers, or were suggested any to try beyond our flights. Would love to try your brewery again if you decide to make improvements - we just want to be honest about our experience.

Best brewery we've been to so far during our SLC stay. Having to max out at 5% abv on drafts, they're making the most of it. The kolsch was hands down my favorite of the flight, and it was actually the best kolsch I've had state side. NOW, we've been over the beer. Let's dive into the food ? I still can't get over their mustard selection (whole grain, house German, and Dijon). I was so sad to hear they don't sell the mustards, because I most definitely would have taken at least one of each home. I had the bratwurst; the bun was too tough for me (sensitive gums) so I gave the bun to my husband and ate the brat and sauerkraut dipped in the mustards. I swear I could have eaten another one because of how insanely good it was. My husband got the Reuben, and I probably could have eaten all of that too. The flavor was absolutely incredible, possibly the best Reuben flavor we've ever had. I will say though, that the corned beef was very tough to the point you had to use fingers to pull to separate your bite from the sandwich; if it had been more tender: perfection. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend.

Love this place low key an amazing place. Great food , customer service is the best the atmosphere is 100% chill. Love stopping in for a beer and food. I can never go wrong with a meal and drink here!! A must go I recommend all my close acquaintances and friends

Great food and great beer. The atmosphere was pretty mellow and the staff super friendly. Can't go wrong with bratwurst and beer.

Loved the raspberry sour and Irish lager. The German bratwurst is done right here. Enjoyed it very much with the sauerkraut and ground mustard. Potato salad wasn't my style, but the arancini and pickle fries were great too! My wife liked the mushroom sandwich as well.

Great variety of beers on tap, with a nice outdoor seating area (with heaters!) and darts inside.

I love the atmosphere: off the beaten path, long bar, seat yourself, good brewed beers.

Great beer and food. Atmosphere was fun especially with all the dart players. Great variety as we tried 4 and all lived up to their description. Utah brewery rules are a lot different than Michigan but we really enjoyed it.

Wow! Service was great. I found at least 5 beers that I liked, which is crazy for me to say. I really enjoyed the smoked turkey sandwich. Would recommend to all my friends!
