Have to say this place is amazing! The staff is enthusiastic and they know how to make an incredible BANANA SPLIT! We went there two nights in a row and both splits were DELICIOUS! We will definitely go again on our next visit to Salt Lake City!
Always good ice cream but the lady who was helping me was either in a rush or not in the best mood, or maybe it was just the lack of experience in customer service or maybe even the training they receive.I order a big wake cone, 2 ice cream flavors and I ask for chocolate sprinkles which she immediately said No to.. I was confused, I thought I misheard, so I said Yes, please I'd like chocolate sprinkles.. she insisted that they don't do that and that I can't get the sprinkles... I was like What? ? I asked, how come? Of course I can, I'm paying for the extra toppings.. she said not again, its prohibited!.. my mind was blown.. I said I want sprinkles, I'm at a freaking ice cream shop with a bunch of sprinkles and topping choices in front of my eyes... She said she could give them to me in a cup and I told her well give them to me in a cup and I'll pour them on my ice cream.. She said she didn't want to make a mess.. omg!!! I let it go, how disappointing, frustrating, and ridiculous.Let's teach the kids critical thinking and problem resolution from the beginning, it doesn't take much and your customers would be happier (and you'll have more return customers, too).

Service was good. Tables were dirty when we got there. So there wasn't a good place to sit. However they did seem busy.
Staff was very friendly. However when you decide to open a business. The privilege comes with some obligations. Not having a public restroom Is like someone who wants to reap the benefits of owning a business without contributing to humanity. Having people pee in your parkinglot is not classy at all
Family came from out of state and we wanted some Baskin Robbins!! Sadly, even with a county wide mask mandate the staff did not wear masks. Bummer. We will not risk getting sick for a week just for our favorite ice cream. Family can get it back home where they wear masks, but sad that Utah Baskin Robbins manager does not make sure that it's safe to go into the store to get ice cream.
I ordered Uber eats and this is very underwhelming. I feel ripped off with how little ice cream and other goodness there is.

Horrible customer service. I was standing there with my two daughters waiting to be helped while the two employees talked with someone I thought was getting ice cream. He walked out after about 5 minutes and the two employees began talking to each other. I don’t have time to stand there waiting for 10 minutes while they talk about tables. We walked out and got ice cream elsewhere. The guy working even made eye contact with me and still they both completely ignored us. I don’t like to leave reviews but that was so rude of them.
Great ice cream, but friendly employee not wearing a mask. Windows, doors closed, still in a pandemic.
