If I could give 1/2 a star I would. Went through the drive thru and ordered a grilled cheese and a large sprite. Arrived at the window and paid. Was handed my food second later. Then waited 3 min for my drink. All the while the cashier and other employee hunched and hovering over the drunk station. I’m not sure about anyone else but that’s to suspicious for me. Did not drink any of it. Bad work ethic if you ask me. Almost unsanitary.
Apollo use to be good but the service and food quality has gone down each time I go there. If they want you to pay $4.15 for French fries then those fries should be at least edible. The ones I got today were rubbery if not hard as a rock and tasted like a salt lick, the hamburger was dry and also had way to much salt on it. All in all it was $16 for 1 meal from that I couldn't even eat because of the poor food quality.So Goodbye Apollo Burger, I will not be returning againFrom now in I'm just going to go to Crown Burger where I know my food will be freshly prepared when I order it
OK experience. The servicer or order taker was so quiet I could not hear him. I was charged for water!!! That is not right !!Should have employees that are not afraid to talk to there cystomers!!! They should repeat the order back to the customer so they do not make errors!! There was a customer seating down and had to request a manager to fix his order was delivered to him!!! There employees Need To Be Taught That With-Out Customers they would not have any job!!!
I’m so disappointed in Apollo burger and the employees . They seemed put out that they even had to take my order. I specifically asked if I could pay more so I could get sweet potato fries with my meal. They didn’t answer. When I received normal fries abs told them that I’d ordered sweet potato fries, the young lady rolled her eyes and said they couldn’t substitute. I asked why they didn’t tell me that. She shrugged her shoulders. She was RUDE and I drive away upset only to find they did not include salad dressing for the salad I ordered and had put ice in my drink when I asked them not to. I implore to the manager-follow Chick-Fil-A and teach your employees some manners. The customer is always right, and with gas prices this high, respect the fact that I now just to drive 20 minutes back to your restraint to get my salad dressing. Do. Better!

Hamburgers were decent, onions rings not so good. Service was not the greatest, co-worker got his order with empty fry bag. Still a mystery on where the fries went???
I get stale fries, waited 20 minutes in a line of three cars to get them. This place has a great location, and seemingly, I've given this place a few chances, and I'm constantly underwhelmed. For the price, it isn't worth it. I won't be back ever again. Eating my last stale fries right now. No mas. P.S. They have bad customer service. Like, an attitude that they're doing me a favor by giving me some food. Like, it isn't that right degree of civility in a service I'm paying for. I won't be paying for it anymore though, and I hope you do the same. Go to the one on 3rd west, I don't know if it's Astro, or Apollo, but it's significantly better, and worth the 10 extra minutes to go there, you'll probably be waiting in line here for an equal amount of time, so might as well make the trip for better quality, and better service at the 3rd west and north temple one.
This is our first time here, we don’t mind paying for good food , but as the first and only time here. The food was cold , the meat paddy was cold the bacon was just sitting on the grill , do they cook everything ahead before ordering ? Even McDonald burgers are warmer than this . NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY ..
Went to Apollo Burger on January 7th 2022.I ordered a veggie burger.It was not cook long enough.not good at all. the chili verde was salty the ham .& gyro was salty..I'm just going to stick to the ?burgers...and the ?
Been going to this Apollo since it was on North Temple, and It has taken a real turn for the worse here lately. Ordered our $15 combo meals (a bit steep, but worth it), took our number and sat down at a table. Waited 25 minutes, before finally going up to the counter to see what was going on (we were the only ones in the restaurant), they packed our food in a to go bag and just had it sitting back in the kitchen. I guess they don’t take the food to the table anymore, wish they would have said something. They couldn’t even bother to hand us the water cups we asked for (twice). The cold burger was still alright, but I just threw away the soggy fries. Honestly shocked with how bad of experience this was. I still love Apollo, just gonna have to venture out to a different location.
