Save yourself some money and get wings somewhere else. No matter how tempted you are you’ll regret it.I genuinely don’t understand why they have the option for “Extra Crispy” if they’re always going to give you soggy lukewarm fries. They gave me all drums when I ordered a mix, and the quality and size are awful. The best thing about this place is the drink machine, and half the drink options were out of order.
What in the world happened?!? Either the flavor expert was trying to be real generous or the parmesan cheese lid fell off. What’s funny is that they definitely ran out of parmesan after this because the other garlic parmesan wings on our order received not even a sprinkle of parmesan.Also, I think they were trying to save on packaging because they decided to just combine two orders into one box.Just seemed like the staff didn’t give a care.
This one was such a disappointment after loving the South Jordan one for so long. The fries were nasty, and that’s one of the things I loved of Wingstop. Also, when you order online, and you specify drinks. You’d expect that the drinks are already filled and ready to take. Not interested in coming to this one again. I’d rather drive to South Jordan.
I love wingstop, but the food tonight was not good. The fries were soggy/undercooked, and the bbq wings weren’t tossed. Disappointed to pay so much for poor quality
I was excited to try Wing Stop for the first time. It recently opened up near me. We did have to wait a little while for our order but it was worth the wait. There wasn't much of a seating area so we chose to eat in our car. I couldn't decide between boneless and regular wings so I got both. But I ended up loving the boneless wings way more! So good. Super crunchy and flavorful. The best flavors were the Lousiana rub (which really wasn't too spicy, I could handle it) and the Garlic Parmesan.The fries were flavorful but overall I wish they were just a little more crunchy. It's too bad you have to pick either fries or vegetables but luckily I went with my husband so we each ordered one and ended up sharing. You also only get to choose one sauce so I got fry sauce and he got blue cheese sauce. It'd be nice to be able to get 2 sauces without paying extra. Can't wait to go back and try more flavors!
I've gone here 3 times and there's always the same problems. Fries are never crispy and always under-seasoned, they're always understaffed at the cash register so you have to wait forever even for your pickup order that you can see on their shelf, the previous customers' trash is always on the tables cause the employees don't clean it up/not enough of them to do it/no trash can, your online order is always ready 15 minutes earlier than when it says it is and so it gets cold. Just do yourself a favor and don't go here. I love the Wingstop in my hometown, but this one sucks.
The idea of charging 2-3 dollars for 2 ounces of sauce is outrageous. I already had a drink when I came in, but apparently i can't get wings without a drink, is this not 2022? Forced drink in my order? Whaaaaat? And the wait times for wings are long. But I'll give them the benefit of he doubt cause it's wings. Nobody was at the front for 10 minutes, in my store you don't wait 30 seconds. The way it's run is just poor. Wish there was better decision making. Wings taste good though.
Wings were okay. They would have been better with more sauce, because the sauce was yummy. The garlic wings also seemed like they had no flavor but ended up tasting good. Fries were not good and NEVER are. I love fries so I always hope for the best but always get disappointed by them.
Why tf are there no trashes to put our garbage? And why tf is honey mustard nearly $3 for a tiny half full cup of it?The wings are the only reason I’m hooking them up with 2 stars rather than one, because they were decent.
I've ordered multiple times now and multiple times it's been wrong, missing things, sauces wrong, etc. I wish it was managed better. such a let down.
