Absolutely garbage location. Drive to the provo eastbay location. It's worth it. This one is so effing terrible. My entire order cold & wrong. The drink was just carbonation flat sprite. I had to reheat everything and it still tasted like garbage. I couldn't even eat it. Shut this location down and fine the franchise owner for the disservice he's bringing to the city and the children who work there. Not giving them any training or support, setting them up for a lifetime career of failure.
They wouldn’t honor a promotion that was in there app for me making my food for one person extremely expensive. They are rarely open either and seemingly don’t take sanitary precautions. Just drive an extra 5 min and go Litterally anywhere else.
Drive through was a long wait and the food was not hot when I got it.

Waited 30 min in line with only one person in front of me just to order then they messed up both orders which took them another 15 min. Should’ve just got gas station sushi at that point.
This Wendy's is pretty slow and the staff is usually pretty unhappy. And altho they aren't rude they aren't friendly.
4pm nobody responded at the drive up. At the window no less than 6 employees couldn't work the computer to take my order. I live close to this Wendy's and they have gone way downhill. Good thing there are 2 other Wendy's locations in town.
Never have I had a worse Wendy's experience. My burgers were genuinely cold and made wrong. I cant stress this enough. They were NOT lukewarm, they were cold to the touch. Fries were so soggy that they were closer to mashed potatoes.Orders bagged wrong (mismatched burgers). The soda machine had about 4 selections, but was one of those that would let you choose any kind of soda.There were so many flies and fries on the ground in the lobby. Really gross
